Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

We ordered a couple of boxes of personalised cupcakes for a work event and the process was very simple - right from ordering to collecting from our local store. The cupcakes themselves were delightful and we'll certainly be buying more at our next event!

Cupcakes are usually lovely, but doesn't travel well. When I got home the cake was on its side which happens everytime.

I'm melting Dorothy!
The cupcakes melted as I was not advised to refrigerate them. They are over-priced for what they are: £28 for 12 mini cupcakes - should have ordered them online as they are cheaper. I am not sure why it is more expensive to order them in person?

I am sorry to hear about this, we do advise to keep the cupcakes in the fridge and remove around 2 hours before serving.
Our cupcakes are the same price both in store and online however stores may have individual promotions they run on the day which would be separate to our website.
