Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

Sadly disappointed…
The order and communication were properly done and satisfactory. The Vegan Raspberry and Passionfruit Cake was unfortunately not tasty, at all. The “buttercream” substitute tasted only of margarine and also quite salty. I was expecting a sour and sweet flavour especially because of the passionfruit but it was bland and basically tasted of sugar and margarine, the whole cake. It was for my husband’s birthday and none of our guests could actually finish their slice. Sadly disappointed. Because every cake I bought there before were tasty, including the chocolate vegan one.

Great professional staff
Great professional staff , very accommodating and patient. Product was exceptionally fantastic for a 60th Birthday (Berry Cake). Fantastic Oder service too - ordered on a Monday 1pm was ready for collection Wednesday 08.30am from desired collection site. Brilliant!

It was perfect, I ordered a cake for my birthday and was a little nervous about it, it was my first time with Lola’s cupcakes. The place was a bit difficult to find when you’re not used to the city but the employee was very friendly and helpful so I totally forgot about that :)
