Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

Cupcake pickup
It was a nice quick pick up of some birthday cupcakes and they even put “happy birthday” on one of the cakes, which was not requested, but very appreciated.

Superb Dairy Free Cake
Superb cake, beautifully made and presented to order, with lots of options for those with allergies and dietary requirements. Staff lovely at the store for pickup (ensured I checked it to ensure I was happy), online service really quick and easy. Great service for the price.

Loved it!
Ordered a Cars themed cake for my son’s birthday, he was absolutely delighted! The cake was ready on time for collection & was very well packed. The vanilla sponge was soft & the cake tasted so good! Everyone loved it!

Great but now expensive with no rewards
Went in store and they didn't have the one I wanted , I was told to come back next day. I was was called to come collect when it was available which was super helpful. Only con is they increased the price to the £30s now it's no longer affordable , also from next year no more free cake for members on their birthday. I plan to take my business elsewhere

Beautiful design
The whole order process was simple and straightforward, the cake was beautifully decorated. My only problem is that it was too sugary and even my daughter was like mummy it’s too sweet. Maybe there should be options for how much sugar preference

Fab experience!
The staff at Canary Wharf were really helpful. I wanted to order the cake myself on the screen, but realised I had questions. It was fantastic there were staff there to ask and guide me. They were friendly, professional, and made the ordering process a breeze. It was also very quick and simple to collect the cake. I got my collection notification in the morning and went to collect. The staff again were very nice and took extra care packaging up my order. The cake was also absolutely delicious and made a perfect birthday treat for my husband.
