Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

Great looking cake BUT cheap buttercream and stale cake
Beautiful looking vegan lemon & blueberry bow cake, but the taste was awful. Really cheap buttercream that just tasted of butter, the cake itself was stale. We couldn't finish it. So disappointing as i love Lolas cakes usually, I have tried so many other cakes from them which were really good and tasty. This vegan lemon & blueberry bow cake was a new one for a i wanted to try for a birthday gathering, hugely disappointing

Best gluten free cakes
The gluten free cakes are the best from everything I’ve ever tried before. Both Red Velvet and Banoffee cakes were delicious and everybody enjoyed it.

Great Gender Reveal Cake
ordered a gender reveal cake 24hrs before the event & was very impressed with the result & quick service. great appearance & taste plus reasonably sized for the amount of people served - was initially worried i needed bigger but this was not the case!

Cupcakes were good but service at…
Cupcakes were good but service at Canary Wharf store was dire.
Provided cupcakes in a brown paper bag rather than a nice bag that I could see behind the counter despite these being a Mother’s Day gift. You get nice bags at hummingbird bakery.
Staff were also not very attentive and let people queue jump.

We do offer bags for the orders as close to the suitable size as possible, I am very sorry on this occasion the branded bag was not available for you and that you felt store staff was not very attentive.

Amazing gluten free cake, that was moist , fresh and filled with chocolate rich flavour
specifications was spot on
and refrigerated well, lasting days in the fridge

Dinosaur cake pink buttercream
Ordered the dinosaur cake with chocolate sponge and pink buttercream for daughter. Cake was nice. Design fabulous. Daughter really happy with it. Buttercream is a tad sweet for our tastes but may be fine for others. Staff at Canary Wharf always friendly and helpful.
