Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. What a fantastic experience all round
What a fantastic experience all round. The website was so easy to navigate and there was a real person available to chat and answer my questions. Ordering was easy and the confirmation email arrived immediately. We were travelling to London and didn't want to take a cake with us, so looked for a service where we could collect a personalised cake after dropping luggage at the hotel. Our daughter recommended Lola's after a great experience and we weren't disappointed. I received an email to say the cake was ready to collect. On collection, the lady at the Kings Cross outlet was so friendly and nice. The chocolate fudge cake itself was delicious; very moist and not too sweet. I would definitely recommend this company because everything was so smooth.

Best carrot cupcake EVER
I came to London and whilst at the station I bought a carrot cake cupcake which was absolutely delicious. I am gutted I cannot get any more up north. I have been on the website and I can’t them delivered to Leeds. Best carrot cake cupcake EVER

Great taste and amazing value for money!!
I normally take cupcakes from Kingscross station from Lola's. This year I decided to order the cake as well for my twin daughters 9th Birthday! and it was super easy to order online and the collection point was in Hatfield which was close to me. The taste of the cake was amazing as expected and I think price was also very reasonable and competitive.

Received an email to say the cake was…
Received an email to say the cake was delivered and ready to collect and when I arrived the cake hadn't been delivered. The cake was replaced with a different, more expensive one and I was given free cup cakes as an apology so it wasn't all bad in the end.
