I ordered Mcqueen customised cake. Lovely design but the cake is very dry. I am happy with the design but we ended up throwing most of the cake afterwards.

Friendly staff, reliable delivery and fresh cakes.

Thank you Lola's cake for my making my LO first birthday so special, the cake taste was amazing and the decorations were perfect. My issues were the animals I think it would be nicer if they were edible and also there was a pole in the middle which we discovered while cutting I think you need to put a warning. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Delivery was a little delays but we are in London so to be expected with traffic. we ordered 42 cupcakes for a corporate event (which was also a birthday celebration) - the cupcakes were extremely well received and delicious!

Very tasty cake, kids favourite & beautifully presented.

Ordered the carrot cake for my husbands birthday not knowing how it would be, however on the day we all throughly enjoyed it. The cake was soft, moist, just the right amount of icing and the sweetness was perfect! Not too sweet , just right. Thank you Lola's Cupcakes for a beautiful cake.

That the red velvet cakes we have always been above and beyond expectations! When we pick up from London Bridge the staff are always polite and friendly!

Lola’s cupcake no one can match it. But the brownie was soo hard I had to throw it away. Safe to say I won’t buy it again.

Lola's cupcakes are always delicious, we ordered some for a friend party. The picture once were super cute, the picture print was well made and nevertheless they tasted amazing. Customer service is good and everyone is polite at the shop

The cake was tasty, but once again, like previous birthday cakes I've ordered or tried, way too sweet.

I've tried many flavours over the years - salted caramel, velvet, pistachio (the ramadan version 2024) and more - and the feedback from friends and family is always the same: it's hard to finish a whole piece because of the sweetness. It's not just the caramel cake; even the other flavours were overly sugary.

That being said, the presentation was exactly as expected from the picture, which was great!
However, due to the overwhelming sweetness, I’ll probably consider purchasing from somewhere else for my next celebration.

The sponge of the gluten free cake was light, moist and tasty. The icing and decoration was lovely . I would definitely order again . When I phoned to make enquiries about the cakes the customer service person was really helpful especially when I dont live locally . Thank you

Great cake and really efficient pick up service

I like Lola’s cupcakes very much and my two sons, too. I have been buying 6 or 12 in a box and shared it to ky friends as well. It’s only recently that I have asked if Lola’s do points to collect and tonhave a free cupcake on my bday as I have seen some
customers being offeres, the staff in London Bridge gave me free brownies a I signed in amd it was too good, it melts in my mouth and its delicious

Absolutely delicious cake- everyone commented on how good it was. I was concerned that as I'd ordered it the day before the party and it might have dried out a little but it was wonderful. Had a very prompt and good service from Lola's cupcakes highly recommend and will definitely use again! Thanks so much Lola
