The most delicious vegan cake I have ever eaten! I got it for my mum’s 70th birthday and she loved it.

Cake is decorated nicely with berries and fruit and isn’t overly sweet.

Beautiful cake, well made and beautifully presented.Box was of quality and so easy to carry due to having handles which helped massively.

As my experience was great I will be purchasing in the future and have recommended Lola to many.

My comment is that Lola should offer promotions or deals on their cake at time.

As promotions make products more appealing, encourage trial and repeats purchases and create positive associations with the brand.

Lola cakes are beautiful but, they are costly and some maybe not be able to afford the cost.

Lola’s cupcake cakes have won my heart. I ordered a cake in advance for a birthday and it was ready on time. Communication is great and I’ve decided I’ll be getting my wedding cake made by them. I would highly reccomend. Their cakes are also still very fresh a couple days after purchase if stored in the correct conditions.

Completely loved the decor of the cake and the flavours of the jam and the strong vanilla taste. However I must say the icing was way too sweet so it made the cake have less of an effect especially when there’s already some sugar in the cake. Other than that it was delightful.

So moist and yummy! Always looking forward for some Lola’s cupcakes.

Easy order process online, and pick up was seamless as well. Appreciate how the staff opened the cake box to show me that my cake was intact.

I brought 2 cupcakes for myself and my little girl the taste was amazing but I brought her a unicorn 1 as a treat for doing well in school and when I opened the box it had lost it's pattern so was now just a purple blob I would definitely buy again but only if she is with me

The cake was delicious. The website provided good descriptions including the dimensions of the different sizes available. Ordering and collection was straightforward.

Easy ordering experience online and collection was also super smooth, I placed the order on Tuesday to collect the cake on Thursday morning from their London Bridge branch, it's more of a kiosk really. I was there at 7am for their opening time and although the kiosk was not set up yet, the staff member brought my cake straight away and the whole experience was very quick. The cake was absolutely delicious and definitely a hit with my colleagues.
