Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

Absolutely delicious cake
To order was so quick! and the red velvet cake (as usual) was absolutely delicious! This is my second time ordering from Lola’s and they didn’t disappoint. My only negative comment, is the high delivery charges, luckily, for both times, I was able to collect but if there is a time that I couldn’t collect then I would have to look elsewhere.

Delicious lemon drizzle cake
Great to be able to pre-order a cake and collect at a convenient location and time. The lemon drizzle cake, for an office afternoon tea, was delicious and received many compliments. The cake might have been a bit more expensive than others, but was well worth it for the quality and taste.

Your Cakes are really good i always buy for Eid Celebrations & Birthday family & Friends & Anniversary.
What i find really unfair your delivery charges price are really high nothing you will say to me want justify , orders over £85 should be free and not have to pay £8.00 for a delivery is madness .
Recently i picked up a Cake & Cupcake
A very disappointing poor service they packed my items in a brown tide bag , I find really very cheap way and not too using proper bags with your logo properly packed as it should be is not much to ask for it.
I keep quite I didn’t want to say anything for a bag I find bizarre.
On my way home because of not properly packing the cack got damaged damaged,Really disappointed I spent a lot of money in a year and for so many years and to receive this kind of poor service unacceptable in top of that in on of my items the box with cupcakes it was put someone else birthday card on envelope.
The order was mine with my name & reference number but I didn’t see that until I came home of course the last thing I wanted to do is to go back and go through with everything.
Everything went really wrong , This’s time for my family member birthday coming up this 3 month in a row I want buy Cake from you after this bad experience I might stop completely as I don’t accept your very high delivery charge and poor customer service after i spend over £500 in year for your product.

I am so sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service on this occasion.
Firstly, I am very sorry to hear that you found the delivery for your cake was expensive.
We do try to keep our prices as competitive as possible, however we do still need to charge for delivery as we use our own in-house team of Lola's drivers instead of relying on an external delivery service.
We deliver our cakes in our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles, many of these are electric as we aim to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible.
We also offer collection from all of our stores and lockers.
All that said, we do appreciate it is costly and we did listen to our customers feedback and have recently lowered the prices for our all day delivery slots.
Our sincere apologies that your items were packed in a brown bag instead of our branded one - unfortunately we have suffered a shortage of branded bags from the suppliers, and as a solution to having no bags at all, as a temporary measure, we had to use an alternative. I am so sorry to hear this was not what you have expected.
Our sincere apologies for the mix up with the gift note being incorrect to your order.
We do take customer service seriously and strive to provide great customer experience everyday.
I will be sure to pass the feedback onto our store and area management so that they can look into this issue directly and implement retaining where necessary.

Easy website interface and timely message updates
Ordering the cake, choosing the location was collecting the cake was really easy and straight forward! Love the real-time text messages to the customer when the cake would be delivered if outside the original generic orders.
