Eid Cakes
April 19th I ordered 2 cakes from this branch to be collected for 21st April. As soon as I realised that I made a mistake with the message on the cake I tried to email customer service to alter the message but they have refused to help me. So I tried to go back to the branch the following day and the staff on duty was happy to assist me. Many thanks to Samuel and Laura, very friendly and accommodating. Good job both of you! 👍🏼👍🏼

Amazing staff and amazing cake
I ordered a personalised cake online for my moms birthday for collection at the Mayfair store. On the day of collection due to traffic I was about 30 minutes late post closing but the amazing staff waited for me and was very patient. The cake itself was just delicious and the personalisation was perfect. Everything from ordering to enjoying the cake was faultless. The staff on shift on the 31st of March (Mayfair) is an amazing person and can’t thank them enough!

Delicious!
I've ordered a vegan chocolate fudge cake for my wife's birthday and it was so good! Perfectly moistured sponge and very rich chocolate flavour! You could never guess its vegan! A month later I've decided to order a vanilla rainbow layer cake for my daughters birthday! This cake was absolutely loved by all children and parents! Again perfectly moist sponge, delicious cream and all sweetness well balanced! Both cakes were 9'' size and served 24 decent portions! Delivery spot on and drivers are friendly!

Best cake ever!
I’m really really happy with my experience from lola’s cupcakes! I ordered via the website which was really easy to use - and got a text on the day to let me know it was ready! When I arrived the lady who served me was really friendly, helpful and informative on how to store the cake and it looked AMAZING! it also tasted brilliant too! I will definitely use them again!
