Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

Bulk order success
Pre-ordered a large number of cupcakes. The ordering system worked great, as was the support provided by Chris in the head office team. And the collection at the store was super slick and the staff on hand were really helpful.

The cake my wife and I had for our wedding recently was amazing! Staff were brilliant and even helped sort us a slice of vegan cake for my brother-in-law, which he told us was sublime.

Amazing cakes!!!
I ordered the naked cake. Beautifully presented but tasted even better! The cake was not dry In The slightest which I have had when ordering cakes from other companies. The cream cheese frosting was to die for! 10/10 would highly recommend and will be using Lola’s for all special occasions in the future
