Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

Amazing Cake
We ordered a cake for my Brother in laws Birthday as we were staying in Stratford to watch Abba Vovage. The cake was delicious and the girl that served me was very pleasant. It was well secured in a lovely box and bag to carry it in.I would highly recommend and would order again.

The cake was too sweet
The cake was too sweet. It was my daughter's birthday and we ordered Elsa theme cake . It was beautiful but kids couldn't eat because of extreme sweetness.

I am very sorry for the disappointment experienced on this occasion as you found the cake to be too sweet.
This cake is decorated entirely with buttercream icing which is the sweetest tasting icing we offer and can be too sweet for some based on personal preference.
I can perhaps suggest our cream cheese icing or ganache icing cakes which are a little less sweet in taste due to the nature of these icings.

Nothing wrong with the store and the service. Choice of cake for my DDs birthday was bad. Opted for Vegan and Gluten Free Lemon and Raspberry Cake, which was too sharp for our taste. Had to throw away half of it. :(

I placed my order online and was quite undecided about which size of cake I should d have . The person who took my order was professional , tolerant and kind .
On collection at Westfield Stratford, the young lady was helpful and friendly . We had a chat about which is the best cake-CHOCOLATE FUDGE of course !

Fantastic cakes & brilliant customer service!
The Lola’s Cupcake Stratford Westfield branch is very good. The customer service there is fantastic; they are very welcoming, professional & helpful in assisting customers choosing items as well as informing them about the various deals & points you can get from purchases.
There’s a variety of cake flavours which are so beautifully designed, elegant & delicious.
I especially love the vanilla sponge mini cupcakes with buttercream & fruity toppings as well as a red velvet when I really feel like indulging. They package the decadent items very well too.
Full marks from me & I would definitely be returning again soon.

Unfortunately got the wrong cupcake…
Unfortunately got the wrong cupcake given to me and only realised when I got home. Quite disappointing and the cupcakes are quite pricey too. The staff on this day were not paying much attention and I had to ask to be served and that's probably why they got my order wrong.
