The gf chocolate and raspberry cake was so delicious, the mini cupcakes looked great, and the ordering and pick-up were seamless. Despite this being a large international company, i felt the personal touch when i contacted customer services, which is unusual.

Very tasty cakes. Both the vanilla sponge and chocolate fudge were good but everyone wanted more of the chocolate fudge! Delivered on time, no fuss.

I was always using a westfield discount buying regularly in lola's cupcakes at westfield white city shopping center, but right that day they told me the don't do the discount anymore. Luckyly after
being a regular customer for so long they offeted me to subscribe to the website and to become a member gaining points everytime I buy there.
I was very surprise and a bit upset they took the discount away as I used to buy a lot there but i understand.they also gave me a free cake as a regular customer after knowing about they don't do the discount anymore, that was nice.

Easy to pick up from the store at Westfield. The cake was delicious and was a great centre piece for my cousins baby shower! Everyone loved the cake, need to buy another one soon just for myself.

the cake itself was beautiful and yummy, it said it would serve 24 people, but struggled at 16. apart from that great.

Lovely cake but awful collecting. The place was open but no one was there. They said nothing to me when they turned up except the bare minimum. I had to ask them to show me the cake which I had paid £65 for and asked to have a dedication iced on the top. It looked amazing so thank you. Shame about the assistant who then just put it into a bag and left it on the other side of the counter for me to pick up. No words at all, not even a thank you or have a nice day etc. before I reached over to take the handles. It's a hard place to work, being inside all the time, but the service was atrocious - particularly considering how wonderful the cake turned out to be.

I got a free cake on my birthday and it was such a great experience and the cake was super yummy moist delicious, I love it ❤️

Cakes are dry and tasteless. Really disappointing. They look much better than they taste.
