Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

We have ordered every year cake for my son’s birthday here. This time cake was tiny and very dry. So, the quality is going down.
Also, must mention that costumer service in Westfield White City location was poor.

I am very sorry to hear you thought the cake seemed small and dry, and that the customer service at the time was not at it's best.
This does not sound as per our usual high standard at all and not a reflection of our usual customer experience.
I can assure you we never pre-make any cakes in advance and all items are prepared and delivered fresh to order.
The cakes are kept chilled in our vans during delivery and can seem a little hard or dry in texture at first. It is best to allow the cake to come to room temperature before consumption.
I will be sure to log your comments and pass the feedback onto the relevant teams for further review.
We do take comments like this very seriously as great customer service is really important to us.

My daughter's perfect cake!

Never disappoints
Never disappoints. The birthday cake was a big hit! The cake itself was soft and flavourful, while the frosting was light, airy and lovely, the cake wasn't too sweet. Highly recommended. ❤️

A single mini cupcake is served in a napkin at our stores. 2 mini cupcakes can be packed in a small box with space for 2 mini cupcakes. If you wanted one single mini cupcake for take away it is our policy to charge 0.25p for the box.

Experience was fine, just felt like a wider variety of cakes should be an option…saw a cake I wanted to choose a couple days before but on the day to choose a birthday cake it was limited range out of the options that were given and the cake I wanted was there on that day.

Westfield London... AWFUL
Please avoid lolas cupcakes in westfiled London. Stale tatsing, no butter flavour and quite greasy. Should have known better as I never see many people there. Surprised this one hasn't shut down.
