Lola's - Lola's Westfield White City Reviews 

I ordered my birthday cake from Lola’s Cupcakes at Westfield London and it was absolutely perfect! The design was beautiful and exactly what I had in mind, and the taste was incredible so fresh, moist and just the right amount of sweetness. Everyone at the party loved it! The staff at the Westfield outlet were so friendly and helpful throughout the process. They made sure everything went smoothly and were great at answering my questions. You can tell they really care about customer service and quality. Highly recommend Lola’s Cupcakes Westfield London for any special occasion. I’ll definitely be coming back.

When ordering birthday cakes I normally order online& pick up from Westfield White City store where I find them to be very friendly & helpful.

It was a heavenly cake layer thrill, seeing that the Deluxe Slice cakes were available. I bought quite a few slices to indulge in. Thank you Lola for the delicious cakes.

Good cake, but customer service team in Westfield shopping center, whitecity was really bad, We bought a cupcake last week and they refused to give a bag, they said bag is 15p. Box not given as well.this was 21st Monday (April 2025)

The cake was good, but overly sweet for me. What was disappointing was the customer service at pick-up. The young lady who was working the stand was quite curt and seemed annoyed to be helping me.

Servis and communication was good, collection without problems, cake was fresh and fulfilled expectations. Just little bit of feedback , it is shame that you do not do vanilla rainbow cake also in a small version and in unicorn design which my daughter loves. We are just a small family and even the medium size a bit too large for us. Thank you

The cake looked great (as pictured). Tasted too sweet/heavy on butter icing but the kids enjoyed it - ice cream cake. The box was perfect and the friendly manager gave me two bags to be on the safe side with transporting the cake to the venue.

I ordered a cake from Lola’s cupcake, but what I received was not what I expected. The design was different, the decoration wasn’t done all around, and it looked rushed. It was really disappointing, especially since it was for a special occasion.

I expected better quality given the price and the images they show. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t order from them again unless they improve their accuracy and presentation.
