Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

The cakes are amazing but the staff…
It was my birthday (I was a member for the past years) the staff member refused to give me the cake that I was meant to revive as a birthday gift. Anyways it’s fine about that but he was so rude and refused to serve me when I told him I wanted to purchase a cake.

Mariana is a saviour!!
I called up as we had two last minute birthdays at the office and one person was Vegan. Mariana picked up and from the moment she said hey with a light joyful tone I had high hopes. She was kind enough to put several cakes to the side for me and a selection of 6 cupcakes, which I then picked up a couple of hours later. It immediately took the stress off and when I arrived everything was ready to go, perfectly packed and separated into more than one bag to avoid breaking which was extremely thoughtful. I will continue to visit for birthdays at the office and such due to her impeccable customer service. Thank you again!! 😊🇨🇦

Great experience!
Staff were very friendly and were able quick to find my order very quickly! I found it very easy to collect my cake, which was kept in a refrigerator which I was very happy about as it was a warm day.
