Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. I am sorry to hear this. I would like to assure you that every care is taken in our bakery to uphold stringent health and safety procedures, including the use of hair and beard nets.
For complaints of this nature we do ask you to contact us immediately, and provide any photos so we are able to look into it. I have had a look and cannot find any correspondence regarding the issue.

Excellent cakes & customer service!! Highly recommend the fresh berry cake.
The fresh berry cake I bought for my friend's birthday was absolutely amazing! Everyone loved it! I unfortunately didn't get the specific candles I had purchased to go with the cake. I reached out to customer support and they immediately refunded me. Sincerely appreciate the amazing cakes and customer service. You have won a loyal customer! Have just ordered my next cake from Lola's and hopefully more to come!

Excellent product and service.
I ordered a cake for my partners birthday and also needed support from customer services. The whole experience was terrific. Macy, the customer service advisor was excellent and the cake was exactly was expected. Truly delicious and a big hit. I won't hesitate to order again. Thank you Lolas!

Love Love Loveee Lola’s cakes!!
I absolutely love Lola’s cakes and cupcakes. I visit Lola’s for all my family’s birthdays. There isn’t a flavour I would pick from Lola’s which I wouldn’t enjoy. All their cakes and cupcakes are absolutely delicious. They even gave me a small cake on my birthday as I’ve been a member for 10 months now. :D
