Order from this website and I haven't receive my order send email and called. Nobody haven't answer my email or calls. Never will order again from here

My mother and I bought a total of 7 pair of shoes and the quality and price are absolutely perfect! Definitely what you see is what you get and I will be a recurring shopper.

I know I can't expect much for a low price, but the metal parts on the suit are really cheaply made and the suit itself feels like it could fall apart at any moment. This site is one of the only places with affordable, cute one pieces though.

One pair was to small even though I got the right size my heel is hanging out the shoe

Shipping is slow.They claim the order that I made was on a back order but failed to contact me.Its been 2weeks .I literally had to contact them regarding the status of my order as if they forgot about me.You just lost a loyal customer GOODBYE

I've ordered from Lollicouture before and the boots were right on the money and looked EXACTLY like the picture, this last time I ordered 3 pair and one pair looked nothing as the pic almost like a very cheap replica and they were the highest priced one, the cheaper ones looked good, they have nice shoes in all but only if you actually get what it was you felt you ordered.

I haven't received my item yet (hoping to receive it this week) but my review is on how long it takes for them to even process my shipment. I ordered my bathing suit on 3/11 and I just got an email in 3/20 saying my order has been shipped. Normally, I'd have my item by now if I'd ordered anywhere else. Is this company in China? Because that's what I was definitely trying to avoid.

Not happy at all I order from gojane and it took one week for me to get my package and with you guys until now I haven't got my package so I'm not happy I have some stuff in my basket that I want to purchase but I'm scared to do so

Didn't ship my items out until they got ready and when I tried to cancel the order they refused and they hadn't shipped my order yet

I placed an order for two swimming suits on March 2. A week later, I received my invoice from PayPal but absolutely no word from Lollicouture. Only after posting a negative review through PayPal did this company send me an e-mail with my order confirmation number.

Their customer service hours in the e-mail were not correct and so it took me a couple days to actually contact anyone within the company. I was informed that since I did not create an account with the company, I would not get any sort of order verification, order tracking, or updates whatsoever about my order. To me, this is unacceptable. Every other company I've had an online order with has always sent me email updates until the item is delivered, regardless of whether or not I create an account with them.

I was informed that my order would be put in the mail on Friday, March 11 and I could expect it to arrive on Friday, March 18.

It is now Monday, March 21 and I still have no swimming suits nor any updates from the company. If I do not have my order by Wednesday, I'm going to call and attempt to get a full refund for a cancelled order.

The product is nice looking but has a few flaws in product. But i love what i received and it was fast.

Love them. High quality. Comfy. Would order again. Thanks

I order my items on the 10th haven't recieved a confirmation or tracking #... I call only to get the run around. I hope i haven't made a mistake
