While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Photos are misleading and disingenuous.

Bought 3 of their personalised candles for gifts via their shop on Not on the High Street.
They arrived quickly but were nowhere near as large as they appeared on all of their images. The images have been taken from a perspective that completely fools the eye.
When I contacted them to explain why I was unhappy, they said they were doing me a favour by allowing me to return them as due to being a bespoke order, they didn’t have to.
This is utter rubbish. A personalised tiny paper label on a generic product does not make it bespoke and non returnable.
To add insult to injury. I was sent a review link via Feefo. Despite leaving 3 x 5 star reviews for other products that I bought from different Not on the High Street sellers that got published, they will not publish my 1 star review for this seller. What an utter con.
