Wow! Ordered a pair of navy sandals (half price). I am thrilled with them. Thank you.

we visited the shop whilst on holiday to buy a pair of men's slippers. We were sold a pair of 9 slippers and left the shop with them in the box.
We returned home 100 miles away and when we opened the box the slippers were a size 11.
We rang the shop and there was absolutely no apology. All we were told was that the person on the till should have checked,
We then had to go to the post office to return them for a refund.
No one contacted us even though we had tacked the parcel and it had been returned to the shop.
Eventually I had to ring the shop to get my refund. What a carry on.... and still no apology.

Excellent fast service of online order at very competitive price. Order placed on a Thursday afternoon and delivered just inside 48 hours. All a bit surprising from a small shoe shop and pleasing to see it done so well.

A really excellent service. I ordered some Barbour boots from Marshall Shoes as they had by far the best price online. The service was very swift even though I made their lives more difficult by mistyping my postcode. Really pleased with the boots.

I accompanied my mother into the Bridlington shop today for her to try on some sandals she had seen in the window. The lady assistant gave excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, getting shoes from the window, finding different sandals she thought might suit, fastening them for my Mum - who is 93 and has tender feet. I felt she went over and above what I expected and was lovely with my mum. We both really appreciated her help and expertise.
A big thank you from me for treating my mum with care.

I received today my shoes which were ordered just a few days ago. I was a bit skeptical initially about ordering from a company I hadn't previously dealt with but the the positive reviews encouraged me to order.
The shoes are perfect, from placing the order to delivery I was kept up to date and they arrived on time. Would definitely order from Marshalls again without hesitation. Thank you

Excellent service and got a really nice email back from Customer service. Easy to order. Got a lovely pair of winter boots at a great price in sale. Delivery was very swift. Delighted with this product and definitely would use this shop again.

I have just ordered some shoes online (cheaper than elsewhere on the internet) and within about an hour, a lovely lady from the store has called me to tell me the delivery company has advised her of a slight delay in deliveries due to the snow in our area (there is a lot!) and to check if I was ok with this. Excellent customer service from the start, I am very impressed so far.

Ordered a hat and scarf set which got lost in the post system but company really good in following up and sent replacement by DPD arriving following morning.

Just ordered a nice pair of Loake brogue boots. Ordered late Thursday night and delivered to parcel drop off shop on Saturday as I wasn’t home (wasn’t expecting them to be this quick) but couldn’t collect until today. Box was a bit squished but that wasn’t really an issue. Shoes were in good condition and approx £50 cheaper than anywhere else online.
Overall can’t complain. Competitive price and fast dispatch.

Hesitated to order a pair of sandals as they were described as white and I didn't want anything too bright. However, decided to go for them. Easy ordering process and delivered very promptly. Actually more cream than white, so really pleased about that. Good fit but haven't worn them yet so can't comment on comfort or durability.

Please stay away from this company.
Very disappointed with their customer service.
I ordered a pair of shoes costing me just over £66. I tried the shoes on, and wasn't as good as I expected.
I requested a return the same day and arranged a Royal Mail pick up. Box was picked up the following day. I was charged £3.50 for the return and another £3.50 for a supposedly damaged box.
I literally returned the box the following day.
Please stay away, you would be at piece shopping somewhere else.

I ordered these shoes online but the website did not make it clear they were narrow fit. It was in the small print. Had this have been obvious, I would not have ordered them. When I called to arrange the return as they did not fit, they said I would need to cover the cost of the return. Rude and unhelpful customer service!

Horrible
Ordered and paid a pair of shoes from their website so it would arrive on time for me to pick up before the weather turned cold. Only to receive a call next morning that what I had ordered and was clearly marked as available wasn't! End of story I had to wait one more week to reorder somewhere else with cold feet in horrible weather. No apology, no compensation.
It's their only job, how can you be so unprofessional.

Love my new Ruby Shoos and clutch bag. What a joy to telephone and actually speak to a real, live person after only two rings :) I ordered on Friday, they arrived on Sunday. What's not to love.
