I bought 2 pairs of Barbour yellow and red Wellingtons 35£ each pair ,size 8 is absolutely amazing perfect fit and trust me cheaper than the site ,all shoes have tag and awesome shoes ever..It worth every penny.

I can't recommend Marshall Shoes enough :-) I wanted a specific pair of Reiker trainers to go on holiday but typically left it to the last minute to try and order them. I went on their website and found them but unfortunately because of the postal strikes they had taken their special delivery option down, as they didn't want to disappoint if it wasn't delivered on time. I cancelled the order but Kate rang me to ask why and when I mentioned the short time frame, she investigated, rang me back and sorted special delivery for me. They arrived the next day. Fantastic service, I cant thank Marshall Shoes enough, especially Kate :-)

Ordered a pair of Clark’s Batcombe Sail, dark tan at 11.30 Monday morning, standard delivery & received by 11.00 Thursday. Expected automated communications at every step received promptly. Used PayPal simply in case there were any issues. Item well packaged.
Marshall’s were one of the very few to have my choice & size in stock and were cheapest I could find after hours of searching. Would absolutely buy from them again.

Found Marshall shoes while searching for Birkenstock sandals. They were a great price and free postage in the UK. Were shipped the next day.

I ordered a pair of sandals on Wednesday, they where delivered Friday morning. They are just fabulous. I have shopped with Marshalls many times, they offer good competative prices, great communication, and a fast dispatch and delivery. I will certainly purchase from them again

Having trawled the internet and far larger companies for a particular pair of boots I found that Marshall’s apparently had a pair in my size.

Rather than take the risk of missing out on the last pair of this brand in my size in the UK I drove over 100 miles to the shop itself.

As an international playboy or some repute the journey was an easy one with the exception of being stuck behind Mavis on the A614 who felt unable to drive beyond a speed of 28.7 miles per hour. I suspect there was a problem with her vehicle as the red lights on the rear of her small vehicle kept flashing even on the straight portion of the road. Having observed her manage to hit every pot hole on the A614 it occurred to me that a call to the local garage may be in order to warn them of a vehicle imminently due to be booked in for a couple of suspension arms and springs. It turns out that Mavis had an appointment at the local hospital so my boiling point as we came into Bridlington turned to guilt as I manoeuvred past her on the roundabout. I do hope she is well and recovering with a lovely cup of tea.

I parked up in a car park by a bridge where a rotund gentleman appeared to have been employed for the purposes of greeting those wishing to park-nice touch.

A short walk round the corner I witnessed what I assumed was a run on the local bank with masked individuals waiting patiently in a dishevelled queue to enter the establishment. They know how to do things round here!

So, Marshall’s. Wow! How refreshing to see an old fashioned British emporium with a well stocked window and a number of sale items. I was greeted with the typical ‘could you sanitise please’ as I entered which as per usual draws the need to grind ones teeth at the instruction. Don’t get me wrong, I carry sanitiser of my own and usually prefer not to engage with the plastic caps of those bottles as the last person has touched them and invariably then having pumped the head to dispense they never clean the area that has been touched originally. The mind boggles!

The lovely middle aged lady (apologies, I forgot her name) was welcoming and I explained I’d travelled a long distance to seek out a pair of boots. Suffice to say she appeared from a lower floor dungeon with the said correct size and last of this type in the UK.

The owner appeared shortly after and I offered my impression of the store and service and she kindly handed me a card for a free cup of tea or coffee at the local cafe which was a classy touch for a weary traveller.

An absolutely fabulous experience, well organised, polite and an example of real old fashioned British service much lacking in society today and not one employee was distracted by the use of a mobile phone-magic!

I will definitely be purchasing again! Thanks Marshall’s!

Ordered a pair of sandals every pair I’ve ever bought have been size 5 these were too small width and length wise even though full leather wouldn’t of made any difference when they loosen up......

So phoned up to ask about returns was told download the code for the P.O to scan, ok done that at the P.O the lady said that’s it P.P covered by them, well I had paid £3.50 took 4 days to arrive Anyway £30 for sandals ( sale ) incl P.P checked my account bloody £23.50 returned the bandits took £6.50 for the F......G postage now if that’s not them making money off us I don’t know what....!!!!
Sent an email saying WOW robbers will never use you again....Guess what nowt back from them...🤔

Oh and I was phoned up did I want to order the bigger size....Errrrrrr let me think...NO.....🤬

I recommend not buying from this organisation. I paid for my shoes on the 5th May and received them at the end of May in Australia. I went on holiday for a month and didn't take the shoes.
At the start of Oct i notices the sole on the left foot had split. I contacted the company and have been messed about ever since. Requesting the shoes be sent back to then to be inspected as its the first pair of shoes they have ever had that this has happened too. What a load a crap.

They have sold faulty products, messed me about and not willing to exchange or refund. I'm an expat that used to always buy British, this company has really made me question this

I received an email from the company informing me that they were willing to give me a refund if I removed my review, this was just short of a month ago, I have contacted them twice to find out about my refund informing that I will remove my review once I have my refund. As yet I'm still waiting. It's interesting to see the companies reviews on this site, if I had seen this, I would never have bought from them. It's very clear that I'm not the only person that is having issues with this organisation.

Marshal shoes are taking a mickey... I ordered new shoes in a sale for £56. The shoes were delivered faulty, with leather sliced in places right at the top strap, black glue stains everywhere, sharp knots hanging out and cutting through your skin... I called them for replacement, they didn’t have any, and they were useless as Mr and Mrs Marshal were on holiday and no one could do anything without them. When I sent the obvious proof that shoes were faulty the person called me back and said “we checked the CCTV and there was no fault with your shoes”, basically despite the obvious the person was very defensive and did not listen at all, even more so I felt being accused and being played guilty as if my shoes were not slashed when they sent it so the attitude was “whatever you show us, we are innocent and it must be your fault”. Then they told me to wait 2 weeks until someone can look into it, to offer apology or compensation for faulty shoes. After 2 weeks I received a reply that Mrs Marshal out of her good will is offering 25% off the price, wait for it...not from the price I paid but from some previous price of the shoes so the actual compensation for cut leather straps in the most visible place totalled to... £3.51!!! After weeks of wasted time and missing out on the other sales of the same shoes I asked “are you serious”??!! O yes, they were dead serious! And they said it was very viable offer! On the website they also threaten you that if you return a box that is not perfect in any way they will take the liberty of charging you £3 for the box, you know what their box came already bent! And, breaching consumer rights, if for whatever reason you return the full order you would be liable for paying for return too! In summary, THEY WILL SEND YOU THE FAULTY SHOES AND FAULTY BOX, WILL SAY “OUR CCTV SHOWS WE SENT YOU PERFECT SHOES AND BOX” AND YOU WILL BE ACCUSED AND MADE QUILTY AND TRYING TO GET RID OF THIS NONSENSE YOU WILL BE OUT OF TIME AND OUT OF POCKET...and all I wanted was new shoes I paid for.

Ordered a pair of Sketchers Tom Cats size 11 and after a week shoes had not arrived. (Order #56194 (WEB56194).
Emailed company and got phone call back to say their supplier did have pair of shoes when I ordered, but 'couldn't find them' to dispatch. So Marshalls Shoes are now refunding my £51.
I can see from the net that these shoes are frequently out of stock. (they're imported from the USA).
My faith in internet shopping is dwindling after a few recent bad experiences. If these were in ordinary shoe shops I'd buy them there. Life used to be easy!

I ordered shoes for my wife from Marshall Shoes (Bridlington, uk). The shoes were as described on the site.

I used the basic second class postage service (via royal mail) and were ordered on a Thursday afternoon.

The shoes were dispatched the same afternoon and delivery was received on the following Saturday.

An excellent service. Highly recommended.

After having had issues placing 1 order that turned into 3 on the advice of the agent I spoke to I spoke to Paypal. I took Paypal's advice only to receive a VERY SNOTTY and RUDE letter from the MD of Marshalls informing me she had taken it upon herself to cancel the third order I had made and paid for.

I will never shop here again.
