I booked a morning black cab trip to Heathrow. I found the London Black Taxi service on google and their website was excellent and easy to use and reserve. I liked that a quote was provided for the trip knowing it would be that price without surprises. The office and the driver Jamie were superb communicators. The booking process was seamless, and despite multiple protests throughout London, Leigh arrived on time and kept me informed throughout his journey. 50th wedding anniversary
Along with help from Nicky and driver Jamie I arranged a bespoke trip down memory lane for my parents to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. They visited a number of stops at my request and some more at my parents request. When they stopped for a picnic he even brought out an umbrella for them when it started to rain. Jamie was professional, accommodating and really personable. He tied a gold ribbon on the taxi and put banners up. He was just amazing and my parents had a wonderful time that they will remember forever. The experience for my mum and dad was Jamie’s number one priority. I can’t thank him enough.

I booked this company for my wedding on the 2nd August. I asked for a particular pick up time from a hotel to travel to our venue. The driver turned up 30 minutes early with a beautifully clean cab. This really helped my anxiety as I was worried about being late! The air con in the cab was fantastic especially with our children on a super hot day. The driver knew all the shortcuts to get me there and kept me updated throughout the journey. I would 100% recommend this company for any event and hope to use them again soon. Thank you to the driver Leigh for being so amazing!

Fantastic service from Nicky and his team. The communication was easy with Nicky, who is approachable and trustworthy. Everything was organised perfectly, on time and the logistics were planned perfectly. The taxis arrived on time, looking polished and sharp, at our home with lovely ribbons. They dropped us at the Islington town hall, and the driver assured us he’s not going anywhere and we could leave some our items which was very handy. The best was the pick up when all 9 taxis arrived in a convoy, exactly when we needed them, which made a great statement and impressed our guests and other people in front of the town hall. All the drivers were professional, super polite and even had handy and great looking umbrellas. We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you Nicky and the team. Highly recommended!

We used them twice while in London and they were excellent. Jamie and Lee were both super friendly and helpful. Arrived on time and got us to the airport quickly. Competitive prices. Can't recommend highly enough. Will defnately use them next time in London.

Leigh and Nicky are wonderful drivers. They are honest, friendly and always prompt. We elected to use them exclusively for our 4 trips to and from Heathrow Airport while we were in London. Their prices are fair and we would use them again! Wonderful people! PS we felt very safe with their driving skills.

We used this company 4 times in the last month with 2 different trips in and out of London. The owner Leigh and his partner Nicky both drove us and another driver. They were on time each time and early. They waited at Heathrow not once but twice when our trips were late coming in from the US and from Norway. They parked close each time, were waiting, took our bags and I would say went above and beyond. I was there with my mother who can't walk far and they made it so easy. Also the answered our tons of questions about the city as they drove us in and so it was almost like tour guides. I even put it out there on Facebook to anyone that goes to London they should use them!!! Top notch!!
