Tried them for an "end of tenancy clean" recently because needed someone at short notice and they didn't do a great job. The Landlord was not happy - it looked as though they sort of rushed through leaving out things here and there.
Their checklist of things to do is very minimal compared to other more professional companies even though they charge the same price.

If I could give zero starts I would! londoncleaningservice.org.uk did a move in deep cleaning cleaning for me and my 2 year old could have done a better job! 2 cleaners spent 3 hrs (only!) doing a deep cleaning in a 6 room 2 bathroom house. They missed most of the areas, as there was black dirt everywhere on the surfaces when I wiped myself. Windows had streaks and limescale was still present in the showers, and my house is very clean to begin with! Customer service takes no pride or responsibility and did nothing to help. Absolutely shocking service and an absolute rip off - daylight robbery (£350) to do the job myself as soon as I got the keys.
