Very quick appointment with clear instructions on what the future holds and how to treat my condition. She was kind and straight forward

Very efficient service
Scam of the worst kind
I called the clinic to ask about removing a cyst from my son's face, and the lady on the phone said, "its 249 for the consultation plus £295 for the removal, but if you decide to remove it on the same day, you don't pay the consultation". It sounded like a good deal, so I booked the appointment.
On the day, the consultation took about 2min, and the doctor sent me to the other room to talk with the "pricing lady". This lady opened a book and said the price for removing that cyst is two thousand plus, "but because I'm one of the directors, I'm going to give you my family discount". She dropped the price to £1299. I said that's a great discount, but that was not the deal Pauline told me over the phone, and I'm not going to pay that. She went out to talk with someone and came back saying okay, there was miss communication, so I can offer you the procedure for £550 today. I was getting upset and said again that wasn't the deal, and she said, well if you don't pay the £550, you have to pay the £245 for the consultation. I ended up paying for the removal because my son had that cyst on his face for a while, and it was hurting him.
I will be taking this to the legal department, as this clinic is an absolute SCAM. I wish I have read the reviews before booking. If you are reading this, avoid this place.
Prompt, efficient, person centred care and treatment
A much needed Dermatology appointment the next week from phoning and speaking to Pauline whose manner is warm and professional. The consultation with an experienced and knowledgeable Dermatologist was just what was needed for my family member. Given the right care and treatment to move forward with which is critical at this point in time. Best money spent all going well and that involved return flights to London. If you have a skin related concern, I would highly recommend this team of professionals. Do not suffer or wait more than you need to, your quality of life is important.

The process was efficient .Broadly speaking , pricing was transparent -£295 for consultation.
This is waived if one has surgery but total cost including histology exceed £1000.
A good place if you need a speedy solution, but expensive
Huge Recommendation
I'm not normally one to review.
However, I attended London
Dermatology Clinic for a consultation
in regard to my acne and I have never
experienced such high
professionalism.
I was booked in by a wonderful lady named Pauline who was extremely
persuasive, yet polite we had a great
laugh.
My overall experience is 5* but if I could give a 10* recommendation I truly would.

Excellent customer service from the lady Pauline who booked me in she was very helpful, polite I was made to feel very comfortable with my visit
Thank you
Really pleased with my experience so far
I needed an acne consultation, and was very pleased with the service I received upon calling the clinic. Pauline booked me in, and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with, which means a lot when you're calling about a personal issue!
AVOID. LIES. Lied to about prices to get me there. Unprofessional from top to bottom of organisation
Have just left the Harley St clinic incredibly disappointed and upset. The whole outfit comes across as very unprofessional. From 'Pauline' on the booking line who on first calling me introduced herself by first name. I then had to ask who she was and from where. She then continually called me 'love' or 'darling' and quoted me a price.
I arrived at the clinic to find out this was wrong and after consultation with the surgeon (Mokbel who I finally saw 45 minutes after my booked time with no apology).
Mokbel was herself, abrupt, unfriendly and I was made to feel like I was on a hurried production line. After her pinching a couple of my lipomas I was ushered into a room where a 'director' would talk pricing. It all just seemed to be about money with her.
When I explained the price lie the two 'directors' then had a conversation right in front of me about how they were fed up with 'Pauline' and how she was getting fired for misleading me. (They told me this wasn't t the first time she has done this)
For info Pauline quoted me £395 to remove the first four lipomas 'with a discount for any additional'. I was then quoted £1295 per lipoma at the actual consultation.
I believe I was deliberately misled to get me in the door. Reading other reviews on here I am not alone.
I refused to pay the consultation fee.

Firstly the doctor was over an hour late! Then was seen by her looked at my cyst told me it’s very straight forward! I was quoted £295. They then put numbing cream on me and told me to wait 30mins next I had the “pricing guy” come up to me and asked if I can have a word! Then all of a sudden the price went from £295 to over £800 for a “small striaght forward cyst” clinic is an absolute joke! That’s very bad sales tactics saying one price letting u go through the consultation and then whack the price up like that! I’ve found another clinic in the mean time and I only paid £290 at a clinic that was around the corner from them!
Before contacting LDC I had made…
Before contacting LDC I had made enquiries regarding lymphoma on base of thumb. A company’s website stated that the lymphoma removal starting price was £300 ,and showed examples of removal from neck and forehead. On filling out the online form and stating my requirements, i received a call stating they didn’t do thumbs.
Further online search i contacted LDC and was informed that a price of £300 would be charged and was not a booking charge but a charge relating to my needs. I attended the appointment with LDC and in the back of my mind because of the lymphoma on thumb thought there is more to this then i know. Consequently on meeting the doctor and the LDC director i confirmed there was more to this. I am Very Happy to. Pay the total cost of the procedure as has been discussed, I would like to thank everyone from Pauline on wards and look foreword to attending my appointment next week. So 5 stars should be arriving.

Scammers and keep away!
Scammers and keep away. Found them through Google and called and spoke to a member of staff. I read the letter from my GP explaining the symptom and where it was. I made an appointment and had a series of pushy calls and texts confirming the appointment. I was quoted £449.00 if it was done there and then. Had consultation and diagnosis was confirmed except it was smaller than my GP had stated. They then take you in to the surgery room and explain that it's now £1899.00 because of where it is even though it was exactly where I said it was.
Wasted £249.00 but will issue in small claims.
I can see vulnerable people being taken for a ride and pressed in to accepting their sales antics.
Please do avoid and warn others.
