WhatsApp order and cash on delivery I was unsure.had to get in touch on the day as I didnt get the phone call in the morning as stated but Emma helped out and chased the delivery men they did call and I got my 2 and three seater settees so turned out all good in the end I do have the app so if I do need anything else in the future I will look here first

We found LFO online and then did a quick visit out to the Hackney show room. The team were super helpful in pointing out which sofas had a similar look and feel to help us decide (they were right!). We measured up a couple weeks later in our new space and then placed an order over WhatsApp paying via credit card with a secure payment link (and received an invoice to my email too). Team are super helpful and responsive to questions and Ryan and Jerry were amazing on delivery, building the sofa for us in 20 minutes and taking all the packing with them too. Our sofa was a very reasonable price for the size and quality, and looks amazing in our space. We are very happy and would recommend LFO for great value, fast delivery sofas!

Amma was the lady that helped me on the phone & made the process of buying & collection of items easy. It was nice to have someone so helpful, & who had a good knowledgeable about the furniture & the company e.g the dining table had an anti bactrial top. I'm now purchasing more items from the store & telling friends about the good quality of items.

I had a awful experience with a previous company. I was looking for a sofa and for it to be delivered asap as I was without a sofa I had my sofa delivered within a day. Delivery men was great set it all up for me.
Will definitely be using this company again.

I had two wardrobes delivered from London Furniture Outlet, and Martin handled the entire delivery and assembly process by himself — no help whatsoever. He arrived exactly on time, fully prepared, and got straight to work. What truly stood out was his professionalism: Martin was extremely polite, respectful, and clearly takes pride in what he does.

Despite the size and complexity of the wardrobes, he assembled both efficiently and to a very high standard. It’s rare to come across someone this dependable and skilled. I couldn’t be happier with the service — highly recommended!

What a great find! Large showroom with loads of choice of fabrics and colours. Really good quality furniture for great prices. Furnished our daughters whole flat with everything needed from bed and mattress to sofa and wardrobes. The added bonus of not needing to worry about assembly as delivery and assembly was included and the two guys who came to do it couldn’t have been more capable and friendly.

The best company! Love love love my new bed and sofa! Went for a new sofa and managed to get my bed here aswell for less than I originally was going to spend on a sofa at another shop! When I need furniture I’ll definately be back. Thank you all xx

Over the past four years, my experience with this company's customer service has been exceptionally poor. In 2021, my wardrobe door wouldn't close, and it took them seven months to address the issue. Additionally, my wardrobe rack has broken three times. The second time Martin came to fix it, the job
wasn't done properly, and my concerns were ignored. It broke again last week, and my frustration was met with no apology or explanation for the recurring problem, nor any offer to fix it when I asked. The replies were blunt, and my message was essentially ignored, especially by the person I spoke to on the phone. Everything I said was dismissed, and I was simply told I would receive a refund. Now, I'm left with a broken rail and my clothes piled at the bottom of my wardrobe.

RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: It's convenient that you're responding with this now, but you ignored my whole Instagram message where I clearly stated I wanted a repair, not a just refund. It seems a bad review was the only way to get your attention, and even then, your response feels dishonest and like you're trying to shift the blame.

A very unpretentious company, Very professional in their approach to the customer coupled with a sincere willingness to help and support. We ordered a recliner which was reasonable and affordable in price compared to others. We are very happy with the product and especially the delivery men who were so efficient and obliging in putting it together in no time. Job well done. A real gem to find if are looking for furniture. Well done to Billy and his team!

I went to London furniture outlet after being scammed online by a company who took my money and delivered a smelly disgusting sofa and then blocked me when I tried to contact them. The sofas these guys have in the showroom are unreal! It was honestly so hard to choose what one I liked more. We went for the ushape bishop sofa in a beige/sand colour and it was delivered and set up within a week. I honestly could not recommend these guys enough the sofas are amazing quality and incredibly comfortable. We love our sofa and have recommended LFO to all of our friends and family. Thank you guys!

Amazing costumes service, went there today and bought a sofa and a mattress.
They will deliverer to me tomorrow with not extra charge.

Brilliant service from Beginning to End .
I looked online to see the bed and mattress that I was looking for and found one that was in my price range . As i was local to the warehouse I decided to give them a visit and pick my material colour out and lay on the mattress that I liked . Billy I think was the owner explained about all the mattress’s so he helped me pick the right mattress for me .
We arranged a delivery date that suited me . On the day I got a phone call to give me the time and the delivery men arrived and fixed my new bed up .
I’m so happy with the whole experience so thank you Londonfurnitureoutlet I will be recommending you to my family and friends . Price wise you can not be beaten 👍👍
