Brilliant service from Beginning to End .
I looked online to see the bed and mattress that I was looking for and found one that was in my price range . As i was local to the warehouse I decided to give them a visit and pick my material colour out and lay on the mattress that I liked . Billy I think was the owner explained about all the mattress’s so he helped me pick the right mattress for me .
We arranged a delivery date that suited me . On the day I got a phone call to give me the time and the delivery men arrived and fixed my new bed up .
I’m so happy with the whole experience so thank you Londonfurnitureoutlet I will be recommending you to my family and friends . Price wise you can not be beaten 👍👍

Great Service, messaged about a sofa on Watsapp, advised to do a video showing route into the room. Advised sofa would be too big to go through the hallway. Asked for another similar product which they provided full details for. Quick and fast delivery, quick response times and great customer service.

Sofa is super comfy and great quality. Like for like to the pictures sent across.

Disgraceful service by the staff and CEO of the company!

Delivered my beds today, mattress was faulty and the delivery people drove off with his van! Spoke to the company CEO Billy who was rude and did nothing to resolve this matter! Would avoid avoid ordering from this company!!!!!

I just wanted to resolve this issue but it does not seem like the company is willing to or even care!

Ordered a wardrobe from them. Not even 24hrs later the door became faulty and I noticed a scratch on the mirrored door. They sent me a video of how to “fix” the door however the furniture model in the video wasn’t even the product I ordered and had nothing to do with the actual fault I was experiencing. Now they’ve gone silent and I have a product I am unsatisfied with. Beware of ordering from this company.
