Outstanding service and quality of work ! I have had no dramas or issues with this group of people , I have had a book cover design done at reasonable cost and high standard for what I need and a custom logo design package complete which has exceeded my expectations, my project manager Steve has been fun & has been understanding for my requirements , and. Been flexible with my work pattern and payment system for the little jobs I am doing a little at time , so I’m going to continue through the various services slow but sure , And I am more than confident. With these folks Well done to Steve. 🥇

Wow wow wow! I am so happy with Steve, Sam and the full team at London Logo Designs. I had a website designed and developed with them and I am seriously impressed with the professionalism and skill of the team. Dealing with Steve as my account manager was a great display of how account management should work. He took the information from my brief and used his own design ideas to make something truly remarkable! London Logo Designs would rather take an extra few hours to make sure things are perfect than give out below par final work. Steve told me - you cannot rush perfect! He was correct... I am very happy and 110% satisfied with the professionalism and quality of working with this company! I will definitely be back in the future as they will get all my design business in future!

I'm very disappointed with the service provided. I've chosen a simple package as I only need a logo for a few things. When I got a call to re-confirm the briefing the person tried to sell me another package, which I declined. I got 8 logos to chose from, none of them very appealing, but I thought you can get something out of them by using elements from a few of them and creating another one. This was not possible, I had to choose one logo to iterate on. Did that, got something half decent, but then I got another call trying to talk me into protecting my logo. I said no to it as I thought it's a total rip off for a logo I didn't really like. Then no further communication but also no logo. Which is fine by me as I don't want any further contact (please do not contact me based on this review!) Don't use them! Simple.

Sam and the team have been absolutely amazing. The customer service is better than most, very quick with communication and also the designs were delivered to me promptly. Overall this is a hard-working team and highly recommend them.

In a previous life I owned a full-service marketing agency and we would charge between £25,000 and £440,000 (that was a one-off) for delivering a full CI pack based on client analysis.

When I saw LLD advertising logo delivery for 1/18th of the price I’d expect to pay a ‘normal’ design agency, my interest was piqued. I expected to commit the fee as an experimental write-off TBH, and I offered minimal info in part to see just how badly it could go, but I’ve ended up with something I can be entirely happy with: that’s a result.

Their process is painless and easy, particularly if you know what you want. Will use them again

Hi there, I originally choose this company because I found their prices to be very good in comparison to other sites, and I was assigned an account manager for my Logo designs called, Sam Martin, Sam was really helpful and listened to what my requirments were and he send my exact instructions to his colleagues in their design team whom then came up with some fabulous designs, the designs were all excellent! and it was very difficult to choose one! Sam guided me through the process and also suggested other services that they could provide that could be of assistance to my business, offer discounts for being a current customer, and so I when on to choose a label design. Sam discussed the designs and my requirements over the phone and responded quickly to my email questions, which was reassuring. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Laura.
