I bought business package 40401005 hoping to have my logo done in December. 3 months later I have nothing but completely ignored by so call sales team who latch on to you until you buy their product and logo designer who makes excuse after excuse. When I asked a sales person to put me with right person for refund he completely ignored me.

Yup, definitely recommended!!! working with them for several years now and never been disappointed, always providing reviews and revisions on demand until i reach the design of my satisfaction. very good prices as well.

Very poor, orders 8 designs, received 4 logos thats did not match the brief in the slightest.
Requested money back and got ignored.
Very disappointing as had previously used them 2 years ago with no issues at all.
Update:
Finally got all 8 designs yet again did not match the brief, as a dessert outlet, nothing related to waffles or icecream in logo designs. Fed this back to the “project manager” but shock, no reply.

I'm afraid that, as others have said, this is a cowboy outfit who flatter to deceive.

All seems good at the start but, once they have sent you their first design, it all goes downhill from there with lots of promises and no fulfillment.

I also tried their copy-writing service and that was a complete joke. Their first attempt was simply to cut and paste the copy from my original website. Their second was even worse - claiming that we offered a multitude of services that we didn't and, even worse, we were not legally allowed to do!!!

Luckily for me, I paid by credit card, so I have been able to get my money back.

So, unless you want something really really basic (which you could probably get a printer to do better and a lot cheaper) then avoid them.

PS I now can't get on to their website and their telephone numbers are unavailable...I think that says it all.

Do not do business with this outfit, firstly they are in all probability not a London based business unit, they are using the name as a marketing tool. That aside, I purchased a logo package with a 48hrs turn around, this included free stationary design as part of the package. They took 24hrs to produce the first run of 12 designs, one of the 12 ticked the box so we decided to progress this design.

I requested the TM logo ™ be place on the logo as we will be protecting the logo with the IPO once finalised, they incorrectly informed me they could not legally do this as the logo has to be registered, this is NOT correct, anyone can use the ™ logo, you cannot use the ® registered logo until the logo has been protected by the IPO.

The reason behind the refusal to add the ™ soon played out. I received another call stating they could register the logo for me for a reduced rate of £999, the cost to do this yourself is £170 for a standard application or £200 using the right start application, its abundantly clear this organisation knows nothing about global or UK trademark law. They incorrectly stated this fee covered a lifetime registration, no such thing, you must re-register your trademark every 10 years.

Bottom line, and please do make your own decisions on this company, whilst the logos are OK, certainly not top of the pile and why would they be for £89, their customer services in non-existent. Some 8 days after order I finally got the logo I had ordered and some 13 days later am still waiting for the stationary.
This is more than likely a one man back-street business (and nothing wrong with that), probably not based in the UK and passing themselves off as a professional UK design studio. I did not witness any professionalism from start to finish, and we haven’t finished yet!!!

I have approached easyjet, British Airways, ocado, Barclays, Natwest and Vodafone for their comments as London Logo Design has provided services to all of them… apparently!

Finally got the stationary designs today, after 19 days… they put the wrong logo on them, I really am incredulous!

London Logo Designs have helped me created my business from logo to website. Best prices online and they are very informative, explain every step and are very quick to answer any questions. Very happy with my logo and website so far. Would recommend. Very professional.

Apart from my website which I have already reviewed - I took up a Social Media Management package and Stefanie is phenomenal! She has amazing design capabilities and it is like she is in my head. Neended a design logo for my business on urgent basis. I had a concept idea but not the time for art work. London logo design was the perfect solution for me.

Received good service from them. Communication from John was good and the end logo design was to my satisfaction. There is a negative review regarding stealing money from bank account. I don’t understand this as they actually refused to take my card details over the phone and insisted I use the PayPal to pay. I believe it must be a genuine error.
They did try and upsell other services but were not pushy at all. And left the matter after I refused which was good.
I wouldn’t hesitate in using LondonLogoDesigns again as they did what I asked and communication was good.

London logo design customer services are very rude. I asked if they could edit my logo I was told I am being “hyper” and that I had to pay an extra £20 just to change the background in order for it to be visible on my website. Money grabbing and deceitful is my lasting impression of London logo designs. FYI the agent I was dealing with his name is Stephen.

Excellent professional service with great designs and a friendly, courteous team. Whole experience was a pleasure and the results fantastic. Will be using their services again. Brilliant.

Great team & service. From having absolutely no idea on designs or logos these guys were brilliant. Worked closely at each stage of the design with me, listened to brief & advised accordingly. They asked for & listened to feedback at each stage & adjusted whatever was needed instantly without any issues. Highly recommended & will 100% use again in Feb for our next project.

London Logo Design is a TOTAL SCAM oriented Team! I had stated with PROOFS in a review HERE AND ON google (if you want to see the mails they exchanged with my sister), that they wrongfully charged her credit card, 500£ more exactly, by taking her credit card infos after a transaction was finished.
They replied my review saying they “Did everything, and were even inclined to give the money back” ! Now they haven’t contacted my sister or whatsoever to settle the matter so they’re just posting for appearance on the website.
This is a SHAME for people who call themselves professional ! RUN AWAY from them because you might be next!
A company that wrongfully charge money from its own customers WOW. And they sleep well at night , it’s UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!
Do NOT work with them, also theirsatisfied or guaranteed money back is 100% FALSE. Once they will Wrongfully charge you they will act all kinds of ways to avoid giving it back to you!
