If you are doing a school project or something where you are not concerned with copyright issues or other problems, maybe London Logo Designs would be fine. If you really care about your business, go to a website like fiverr and get something much more reliable at a reasonable price. Or pay more and get a really good professional designer. But this company is a headache and problematic based on my experience. At the end of the day I don't feel comfortable using what they produced for me.

I've used this company to get a logo. It seemed that they were a great company to work with, however later I've decided to use them for a website too which it was a total mess. I've paid £750 for them to design a website and when it came to the content I was told that wasn't included in the package. So I paid more to have that done. It was a big shock when I've received the content and read through it. It has nothing to do with what I've requested. I'm now 6 months down the line , trying to get the log in details from them to pass on to someone else and I'm told that's not possible. The guys are always rude and no one is bothered to listen or give the right information .

I would never recommend this guys to work with.

Amazing service, made me logo just as I wanted, veey easy and great communication. I had my logo in no time.

London logos is not based in London or even the UK. Due to this you wait a full working day before getting any response. They hard sell at every opportunity and this makes the customer service really poor, mainly because you don’t get a word in because they are trying to sell you something. You will end up paying £90+ for your logo with everything you need. The promotion £29 package is complete rubbish and it’s there to set you up and spend more money, this is because it doesn’t include anything. Even when you spend £59, you have to get everything resized. If you are UK based, use a UK based company. Avoid this company, it’s overpriced and the old school hard sale technic is really frustrating.

Firstly when they said money back guaranteed, that’s not accurate after you’ve looked at some logos to be edited you will only ever get 45% of your deposit back. I paid £89 for a business package really wasn’t happy with the logos provided to go ahead with any of the business package so cancelled my order. My refund still hasn’t been processed after 2 weeks. I’ve rang 4 times to be told they will call me back and never do. It’s a joke.

Got a snazzy logo for £80, nothing too clever but it was good value, does the job and the process was quite straight forward. I Have discounted a star as I’ve found them to be too pushy in making me make this review (calling me to chase me to do it!,) and for repeatedly pushing their other services which I do not need! I’ve now blocked their number as they don’t seem to listen

I don't even know where to start, if you're reading this, then read what other people have written, I wish I did before I handed over almost £3k.

I was promised full marketing, fully functional website and lots of other promises which never happened.

It's been a struggle dealing with people from India. Most of the developers are from India and I found it a struggle working with them, communication is terrible. I asked several times for a project team who's English is there first language, instead I had to deal with the above.

Cut along story short, I've had three different project managers and team, each time they want more money to do things.

I still haven't got a complete website or store, they take forever to do things and the worst part is the quality of work is below average.

Terrible customer service, all promises and nothing happens and to have to contact chase them to do work.

I have asked for my money back and all I get is excuses and to be delayed.

It's getting to the point where i am seeking legal advice.

If that not enough to stop you using this shambles of a company then you need your head checked.

I have no faith in this company or there ability to help and provide anything.

Don't fall into there trap of giving your money to them with everything they promise.

Londonlogodesign if you're reading this I'm not happy with the service provided and I want my money back please!!!

Update:

After three weeks of asking nicely londonlogodesigns.co.uk are giving me the run around, the management Ryan Ashley has yet to deal with my requests, the accounts team have yet to call me and address my refund. They are not at all good at keeping promises, returning messages or emails and generally poor customer care.

It seems like i am going to have to take the legal route and take them to court. I have tried my upmost best in coming up with a resolution but it seems to be being ignored.

I have asked on several occasions for either the director/owner or another manager to contact me and its been three weeks with no movement.

Terrible company to deal with in this respect.

none of which is true.

Before purchasing a logo design package I checked with their pre-sales team what the terms and conditions were for the Money Back Guarantee and was told:
" Firstly we are offering you unlimited revisions so you can revise it as many times you like until you are not happy with the designs, even after the revisions if you are not satisfied you can ask for a refund and 100% amount will be refunded back to you "

I provided a detailed design brief upon placing the order but it appeared that this was not read as I received a phone call from someone asking questions - all of which were already dealt with in the design brief.

I wasn't happy with any of the initial logos provided and gave feedback and some suggestions, but even with revisions nothing was suitable.
I also became concerned that London Logo were using logos from other design sites - one of the so called '100% Unique designs' was the same (apart from colour) as a logo that 99designs by vistaprint used to advertise their services.

It became clear that London Logo couldn't deliver a logo I would be happy with - they didn't seem to understand the nuances, feel and design elements I was looking for so I requested a refund as per their advertising and the information I had been given prior to purchasing. I was told that as I had had revisions I wasn't entitled to a refund. When I provided a copy of the conversation I had prior to purchasing which said I could get a refund even after revisions, they said they would look into it.

I initially requested a refund on 20 March 2021. Since then I have had messages saying that London Logo designs are looking into it on 07/04/2021, 19/04/2021, 26/04/2021, 28/04/2021- with a 'promise' on 28/04/2021 that the money would be refunded by 04/05/2021 - which it wasn't and they have ignored emails sent since then.

I had a further online 'chat' with them on 19 May in which they said they would send an email by close of business that day with a date by which the money would be refunded. Nothing has arrived.

Update: I provided the additional information London Logo Company requested in their response to this post. Unsurprisingly, have heard nothing from them and have not received the refund. If I could give zero stars I would.

Further update: I complained to the Advertising Standards Authority about London Logos misleading advertising. In particular the 100% Money Back Guarantee. ASA investigated and upheld my complaint. London Logo Designs said they would remove the mis-leading advertising but as of 24/06/2021 it was still on their site.

IT's shameful these scammers are allowed to operate in the market.

They charged me twice for the same services because they claimed the first one resigned. Then later on they had this compliance person trying to reach out to me to discuss. I get the sense the different interactions are/is one person playing the role of different people.

I have reported them as they don't have to be in the market.

They are very quick to take your money and promise quick turn around , I am 2 months is and still waiting for web site . I have no contact number to make a complaint , I have a new business just set up but can’t trade yet as still waiting for products. They also try and charge you for ever little extra they possibly can !!!! Go very careful with this company

This company is fast to take your money and do not provided you with the service you paid for.
They even offered me a refund and told me it was in process. Months later, nothing!
I then contacted them and they try to tell me lies like they have done the work and I wont get a refund.

Asked for a illustrated mascot and what I received was a template used from another site which I actually found my self. I am lucky to have got my money back after raising a dispute with my bank but these are scammers so beware

Don't do like me. I did not trust the negative reviews and I lost 4 months without getting anything for my money. The positive reviews can only be fake ones. I paid for a logo and design of a bag with unlimited reviews, and I received options for the logo that looked amateurish and totally lacked creativity. For the design of the bag instead they clearly didn't know what to do and I eventually just gave up. The assigned project manager ("Alex") was a joke. He disappeared and had no idea what had to be done. I had to chase him relentlessly to receive the drafts. I actually had to use the website chatbox to track him down because he would have not answered my mails or answered my calls. He would have left me wait for days before sending files that were completely missing the point or were even exactly the same as the previous ones without any changes. At some point he was just forwarding things that "his team" had created without realising that none of my requests had been met. I lost time and money and I wish I had trusted the negative reviews. Do not trust the positive reviews. This company is a shamble.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with! As many reviews says not based in London or even UK. Took my money for a logo and then kept phoning me on WhatsApp to try and get me to part with more of my money so I could obtain a file with colour- absolutely ridiculous. I said I wasn’t satisfied and wanted my money back. Clearly the 100% satisafaction guarantee and 100% money back guarantee don’t apply - absolutely waste of time and energy and ofcourse money. Avoid at all costs and don’t even entertain their phone calls they are just trying to rob you of more money. I’m £50 down with no logo!!!!!!

I paid £500 for a Wikipedia page on 22 October 2020 under invoice reference #1603367590.
Six months later and I have no Wikipedia page.
I was promised an update in January 2021, but nothing.
I sent numerous emails, made various calls and contacted support – always excuses and no results.
However, I do have copies of transcripts from the “support team” which proves they are scammers and liars (I will happily provide full messages). Some extracts from two chats:

Scams!!!
Not a UK based business. Agreed on logo & website, paid them by debit card £599 (my mistake). After weeks later I wasn’t happy with their service and requested my money back after that they completely ignored me. Never got my money back. I wish they were in the UK.

I've had an appalling experience with this company. It took them 4 months to develop a simple 5 page static website. It is a battle to get them to engage on anything and even undertaking a simple task or handling an issue takes for ever. They have sold me a Search Engine Optimisation but they clearly have no idea or plan of what to do. The only time I have had proactive engagement from the company is when they are trying to sell me something. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs this may be a scam! Used this company years ago and they were great now very strange contact. don't hear back for days then get bits here and there. cant take the risk of getting alterations as i will probably never hear back from them. really disappointing.
