Trying to return for a refund is impossible. They try every trick in the book to stop the return. The return address in Hong Kong is not a warehouse it is a virtual office. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.
Cheap, poor quality clothing. I have been trying to get a refund for two travel suits and I am now being totally ignored. I have already returned one suit to Hong Kong and I’m waiting for my refund. However from what I’ve discovered since then I probably will not hear from them again.

Ordered a pair of Suede Brown Shoes.
They arrived in a wrapped bag. Once opened it is clear to see that the shoes are from a cheap factory in China. Very poor quality and certainly not suede as described. The high value placed on these shoes is beyond misleading. I requested a refund three times and have been totally ignored.
Do not waste your money on these cheap and poor quality products. You have been warned.

I bought 2 separate items I can not use costing £100

I bought a 1TB SanDisk micro-SD card. Paid £60, at an alleged 45% discounted rate. However it's a fake copy. I tried to copy music files to it but no joy. I then downloaded the storage data test software, H2testw, and it transpires that 7GB is usable, but 993GB is corrupt.

I first emailed LondonRd on 22 Apr, when I thought it might be fake, but had no response. I emailed again on 27 Apr to confirm it definitely was fake so I await a response.

’m extremely disappointed with my purchase from LondonRD. I paid £57 for a shirt that is shockingly poor quality — thin material, awful stitching, and nothing like what was advertised on the website. It honestly feels like something worth a fraction of the price, and I later found what appears to be the exact same item selling elsewhere on TEMU for around £12.99.

The branding is also very misleading. The website gives the impression of being a UK-based company, but the item was clearly shipped from overseas (Hong Kong), which explains why delivery took far longer than expected.

Customer service has been equally frustrating. Attempts to get in touch have gone unanswered, leaving no support when issues arise. To make matters worse, if you want to return the item, you’re expected to cover international shipping costs yourself — which is unreasonable given the quality concerns.

Overall, this feels like a classic case of overpricing and misrepresentation. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Bought a leather jacket, took an age to get here, only to find the size XL was absolutely tiny. tried to return the product but they will not respond to emails etc. Another very dodgy Chinese company pretending to be something they are not. Very unhappy.

If I could I would rate it zero stars. Company poses as a uk company until it’s time to return the rubbish they send you and then they’re in HK. Received a Mac which looked fab on the website but was thinner than a dishcloth and small enough for a child to wear with wonky stitching and unfinished buttonholes. Reached out about returns as it’s more expensive to send to China than the actual item cost and asked if it was a scam to which I received a reply saying no and asking me to send in pictures/video of the item which I did and have now chased 4 times with no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! My own stupidity on this occasion not reading reviews earlier.

Supplied the wrong size shoe 6 USA instead of 6 uk. Returned them with proof of delivery and made no attempt to provide the correct size or offer a refund. Colin

Absolute rubbish quality for the price. 3 items looked high quality on website but on arrival not even the products ordered. Didnt even lpok tje same. Trying to return but getting no response. Date is approximate as it tpok ages to arrive.

I should know better than to buy Chinese stuff with dodgy British name

Even though in the website says that the jacket I bought was Premium PU faux leather with polyester lining, when it arrived, the label said 100% polyester. Very expensive site for such quality.
Also, the item took more than 2 weeks to arrive.

If i could have not given a star I would have left it blank. Absolutely disgusting fraudulent stock.
30 days return policy is a joke. I have requested a return and was asked if rather than return and get a refund I could keep the item but have a 20% refund.
No thank you, the item was not as described so why would I keep it. I would say look at the other reviews to see it is not just me. Wish I had read them before ordering

I would not recommend purchasing clothes from this retailer. In my experience, the quality was very poor for the price and did not match the images shown on the website.

My order also took a long time to arrive. When it finally did, the items were disappointing, the blazer I ordered had been packed into a very small parcel, leaving it heavily creased, and the design was quite different from how it was presented online. Had I known it would look the way it does, I wouldn't have purchased it in the first place.

The returns process is also concerning. You are required to email customer service, provide detailed information and photos, and cover the cost of return shipping yourself. I followed these steps as requested, but after submitting everything, I received no response despite several follow-up emails.

Given the lack of communication and the likelihood of having to pay for an international return (potentially to Hong Kong), I am not confident I would receive a refund.

Due to the poor quality, misleading presentation, and lack of response, I intend to report this retailer to Trading Standards.

I ordered the same jeans my brother has in the same size he has so i know they would fit me. when they arrived it came in a plastic bag and when i tried them on they were far too small and quite clearly fake when i compared them with my brothers. i’ve requested a refund but judging by what they sent me i doubt i’ll get anything back. the quality on the labels were terrible, the zip barely worked and the button on the fly wasn’t attached properly so it rattled. it also took nearly a month to for them to arrive. don’t use this website.

What a teriible company to buy from. This is a chinese company who are selling absolute rubbish. The clothes look good on the internet but the quality is absolute rubbish. Beware buying from this company. I have asked to return this dress my wife bought and have sent pictures of the item back to them as we ordered according to there size chart which is wrong. They promise 100% refunds but do not honour what they say. My order was 2832 placed about 2 weeks ago and took ages for it to arrive. Another SCAM chinese company beware DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!! They said it would have to be sent back at our own cost although it was misleading information on there site for sizes. I have asked for the return address and they will not give it to me WHY? Because its a rubbish company !!!!!!

Well what can I say about this company I ordered a mens cardigan not knowing it was from Hong Kong
Waited and waited it arrived today after 20 days.very poor quality paid just over 50
00 uk pounds. Also looking at amazon and price there is 14.00 for the same cardigan. Please do not buy front this company they will rob you.

I ordered two dresses in different sizes. They took about one month to arrive. When I tried them on, although they were sized differently they were a very similar fit. Both were of poor quality with poor stitching. I followed the returns policy and I emailed Londoners twice about wishing to return the items but have not heard back. Hence, I have paid almost £100 for two items I do not want. Do not order from this company!

No attempt to contact this company was answered, item ordered 06/04/26 just received, item is nothing like what was ordered, they give their office address as London but everything is sent from a warehouse in Japan, quality is nothing short of awful. Can’t advise strongly enough not too use this company. I’ll update this review following trying to return the item and get a refund. Wish I could upload photos here to show just how different what I received is to what was ordered!! It’s laughable 🤬🤬

DON’T BUY THIS RUBBISH.
Bought one of their Waistcoats. Like other hapless buyers I failed to check the independent reviews before spending my hard earned money on this trash. It’s seriously poorly made, I ordered a 3xl it’s more like a medium. The product bares no resemblance to the images on their website. The material used and buttons are nowhere near the same. Cheap nylon look, not cloth, tacky plastic buttons.
I will be contacting trading standards. Why they are allowed to trade is beyond me.
