Trusted seller!
This was the 2nd time I ordered a set of Sake from "London Sake" for my friends living in the UK. I can't give feedback on the quality of the Sake but the service including delivery, and packaging was great and their response to my question was quick and professional. I will most likely use them again in the future.

Good customer service after issue
It's tough to give a star rating after a poor experience that is then turned around with decent customer care; I feel the initial issue should not have occurred (my order was never delivered & I felt I had to put in a PayPal dispute) but after I posted a poor review London Sake, to their credit, immediately got in touch and completely sorted the situation out; they apologised, owned the issue and gave me my initial order for free!! So although my first review was a 1 star affair I feel the response from London Sake merited a 5 star and all in all that averages out at 3 😁.

This is off a first impression
This is off a first impression. To be fair it was a good one. The bottle I was sent cost roughly what the subscription did, which is perfect as I only enrolled because I'm indecisive and also inexperienced with sake. Even if I got a bottle that cost less than the subscription, I get it, I'm in it to explore and learn. Which is what this is doing for me.
The quality of the drink was great, and the parcel came on time with the bottle in tact. If my experience changes with them so will my review, but at the moment it did exactly what I wanted it to do and I'm happy with it.
