Excellent quality and service
The process of finding, ordering and delivering was incredibly easy. I visited their showroom in Kent where there was a great variety of quality finishes to choose from. A couple of days later I phoned in to make the order and set a delivery date. Everything went smoothly, the delivery driver was very helpful and the stone looks wonderful.

Absolutely appalling from
Start to finish- please be wary of ordering with this company. We have had appalling customer service, 3 MONTH delays with receiving goods and just general apathy at all levels. To add insult to injury when they were finally getting delivered they tried to deliver someone else’s order. We chose London stone on the recommendation of our garden designer as they were meant to be incredibly professional but we have been genuinely blown away by bad the service has been. I really don’t like criticising businesses but in this case it is completely justified and we are still
Waiting for part of our order nearly 6 months later!!!!! It’s simply not good enough - you can not proclaim to be a leading supplier of paving and treat customers the way we have been treated.

I would like to apologise for the issues you experienced with your order. When your order was first placed, it was processed as a back order, as we were awaiting the arrival of paving and pavers back into stock. The delivery dates for incoming stock are always estimated and, on occasion, may be delayed. Unfortunately, in this instance, there were a few delays that affected your order.
There was also an error in communication from the team member you originally dealt with, and we will be implementing additional training across our sales team to improve the level of service provided moving forward. I understand that when you were made aware of these delays, an amicable agreement was reached to address the situation.
Regarding the delivery error, I can see that the incorrect goods were initially selected by our picking team. This was rectified as a matter of urgency on the same day - the driver returned to our depot, reloaded with the correct goods, and completed the delivery that same day.
In relation to the outstanding Antique Egyptian Pavers, there was a stock level discrepancy on our system which unfortunately showed more stock than was actually available. I can see that you are still awaiting delivery of 2m² of pavers, and that the salesperson handling your order has been in touch to discuss a delivery date for this remaining quantity.
Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the delays and communication errors you have experienced. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this matter in full.

Purchased porcelain paving and stand stone cladding from them. We are really happy with the results and London Stone were a pleasure to deal with in every respect. Communication was great, delivery was on time, their advice and approach to customer service was first class. It was a large order and there were a couple of damaged tiles which were replaced without fuss and delivered quickly. Would highly recommend.

A problem with the delivery address was quickly meant the original delivery went to the wrong address. The delivery was rescheduled very quickly by Ollie who was very helpful.

Delivered as specified. Grab lorry, really helpful guy. Only two of 40 plus sandstone tiles cracked (which I used for cuts etc). Tiles were in great condition really well packed.
