I had a Saturday appointment and that’s where the trouble started. The address on the email was 3 More London Place and I could only find 3 More London Riverside and it was locked. I tried calling but just got the answer phone. I asked around and eventually found the rear entrance and managed to get in. I subsequently found these instructions much further down the email. However, when I did get to see the nurse she was fantastic. Calmed me down (I had come up from Kent) and proceeded to provide excellent advice on Yellow fever (too old at 68 so the side effects could be worse than the disease. The travel company had not mentioned this). I left with an order for malaria tabs and my exemption certificate for yellow fever. Thank you Sadia for restoring my equilibrium.

A great experience with Millie. She was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly throughout. I would highly recommend the clinic to any company looking for travel vaccinations. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, and I left feeling well prepared and confident for my overseas trip.

The nurse probed my requirements for travel knowledgeably and gave me a comprehensive overview of my needs and options. The four vaccinations were administered quickly and without any pain. She was very personable and gracious throughout.

Seriously easy to see if vaccines were available or not along with prices. Just as easy to book. I was able to book in for the following afternoon and Louise was lovely. Very friendly and helpful, checking off what I had already had, what I needed, potential side affects and things I might want to consider if heading further afield or in terms of boosters when to get them done. Will definitely use again if and when needed.

My experience at LVC in Liverpool Street was really good. I have seen two different nurses because I was extremely anxious, and they were both very professional, helpful and calm. They sat with me patiently before I decided to go ahead with the vaccine. When they gave me the injection I hardly noticed.
I highly recommend the Clinic and I don't leave review normally.

I went to the London Mayfair clinic at 14 Hanover square today. The woman who vaccinated me was very friendly and assured me that the jab would be okay in a lovely way. The actual jab took maximum 1 second long so it was very quick and efficient. I definitely recommend this place 😁.

I visited the London Bridge clinic with my husband prior to our trip to Malaysia. The nurse was extremely friendly and very knowledgable. She reviewed our existing vaccines and determined we were already all set giving us some helpful information to consider. A wonderful service and so easy.

I visited the London Vaccination Clinic (Liverpool Street) on 28 May 2026 and was extremely impressed from start to finish. Booking was quick and flexible, and Millie was warm, professional and immediately put me at ease.
I unfortunately experienced an immediate vasovagal reaction after the jab, which was quite unsettling. However, the care I received was exceptional. Millie looked after me calmly and attentively in the clinic, making sure I was comfortable and monitored before I left.
What really stood out was the aftercare. Annie and Katy checked in on me several times after I’d left, and the team even arranged and covered the cost of a same-day private appointment to check my vital signs.
While the reaction itself was simply one of those things, the way it was handled was first class. Thanks to their support, I’ve recovered well and am now looking forward to my holiday with peace of mind. I will defintely go back to them for any further vaccinations and could not recommend them highly enough - excellent!

Our lovely nurse _ Doctor was lovely , she explained all very thoroughly and was very kind and gentle in giving us the Vaccinations required . Will definately use this service again

I visited the London Bridge clinic and the nurse was incredibly helpful and friendly. She explained clearly which vaccines I needed for my holiday and gave excellent advice on how I could stay safe while travelling.

I visited the clinic for my Hajj travel vaccinations (meningitis ACWY and seasonal flu) and had a great experience. Sadia was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel easy. Would definitely recommend!
