I like to attend the LDC pop-up stores. There is always a very nice variety of new emerging brands to scout and very good energy. It's very interesting to speak with designers and to understand more about their vision behind their brands.

Disorganised and nasty
I am a designer that use to stock in LDC pop ups and online and it really was a bad experience. The team is disorganised and does not communicate important information about store set up, sales, stock and customers. They have a decent online presence and shops in great locations BUT they charge designers huge fees plus commission and make very few sales, so not worth it. Worst is that when things go wrong e.g. items are stolen, they refuse to handle it and just get nasty and blame the designers. I assume because they want to make sure the customer is happy. The designers are also customers paying LDC for their services so they should spend more effort actually living up to their promise of supporting independent brands. They are all hype with not much to back up, many designers who started with them have now left as they realised how bad LDC can be

Amazing range of designers
I love fashion myself and Want to become a designer. I absolutely love this shop as is has a range of upcoming designers with amazing talent. They have a tattoo station and piercing which was also great. There was a nice range of jewellery and accessories as well as skin care and some makeup. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The range of designers is great so there's many styles for different people. I would 100% recommend to have a look. I will definitely go again
