I kind of find it hard to believe that these reviews are true. I wish they were however, I haven't had not a good experience with them. I did send him for a payout and have not received my payout. As of yet I'm not the only person with the same site that's not received their payout. There's several people I know because I brought friends with me obviously, they have responded back to me a day or two late or later than when I emailed them which is understandable. I get that I'm human they're human maybe I don't know I hope so but they talk about integrity on their site and all these reviews are so good about them, but I do not see any integrity so far as of yet I have not received my payout as of yet I've been waiting for days. I did my when you first signed up and you get all your stuff past and all that I've done all that ID Social Security number mailing address bill, blah blah blah done all that ID I'll pass all that not a glitch in it that would slow it down not nothing now if they were doing this slow thing because they wanted to make sure I am who I say I am which they've already verified. I placed a redemption request for $6,071.20 on 05/23/2026 which has remained unpaid. As of today, 30 days have passed since my request.
I have completed 81 redemptions with Lonestar since 05/28/2025, ranging from $100.50 to $5,101. Out of those 81 redemptions, 44 of them were for more than $2,000. The longest wait I ever experienced was 4 days, and nearly every redemption was paid within 2 days.
When a casino has no problem accepting deposits but suddenly delays or refuses to pay a legitimate redemption, it destroys the trust that players place in the platform. Based on my extensive redemption history with Lonestar, there is no reasonable justification for a payout to remain pending this long.
At this point, I have lost confidence in Lonestar’s ability or willingness to honor player redemptions in a timely manner. I will not be depositing another dollar with this casino, and I strongly discourage others from playing here until they demonstrate that they can consistently pay legitimate winnings.
There are plenty of online casinos available. Choose one that values its players enough to pay them when they win.
