Barbara has been absolutely magnificent in her management of our property portfolio. She brings a very special mix of character and competency which I value greatly. She has her finger on the pulse on what the market is thinking and how we need to negotiate; how my tenants are doing and what we need to attend to. I appreciate that she is always one step ahead of me, which saves me from additional thinking! She is also highly dependable and hugely trustworthy, qualities that are absolutely critical when it comes to matters related to finances and investments. I would use her services again and again and again.
