I bought my first pair from Lono on 5 Feb and got the shoes on 16 Feb. The courier companies did not give me any status updates. I have no idea of the exact delivery date.
Quality is marginally acceptable
I wore this pair less than 10 times within these 1.5 months. The sole near the heel starts peeling off.

The shoes are very good, I have several, I love them. The shipping is disastrous, you can't track the product properly, especially when it comes from China. The fact that the company uses the delivery company Evri is even worse. My package still hasn't arrived!!! The delivery guy couldn't deliver the package twice, and I was home both times, and one day I even left the main door open for him. He didn't try to open the door or ring the bell, he must to be an NPC. I changed it, so I asked Evri to deliver it to the nearest post office, it's very interesting that the package is in transit two days ago and hasn't even reached the post office yet and dropped the package off!!!!!!! This is not the first time happened. Does anyone work at Evri!? There's no customer service, the chat bot is a bunch of crap, you won't get a meaningful answer from it. This company should have died out when it was Hermes, because it's a crappy company.I called the phone number on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and today and nothing happened, I spoke to the chat bot many times and nothing happened, no one called me or sent me an email.Tracking nr.:H01LFA0278391618
I hardly ask you LONOWEAR please in the uk use Royal mail every time!!! And I also ask you to work on tracking the shipment from China because looks like the package was in the same warehouse for 6 days, and then I don't know what jet plane they used to transport the package to England, but the plane was here in 3 hours from China, at least that's what the tracking number shows. Not happy!!!! Today (19.02.25) I received an email that the package was lost!

The shoes are so excellent. The cork insole is key for barefoot shoes, and it's the party I didn't even know I needed. They were delivered when expected. I will definitely purchase from this brand again. So happy I found them!

Good delivery experience overall
Communication was good and thankfully, everything went smoothly. Two things to know: 1, they ship direct from China, so just be ready to wait longer than some online buys. 2, I’m not sure if I just got lucky, but no taxes are collected…my package did not get held up and I wasn’t charged anything on delivery…but YMMV. My only critique is the tracking data was updated until release in Canada…a couple days later after no other updates, the shoes just showed up. Again, all good, but not as detailed on tail end tracking.

Best shoes and best costumer support
Me and my wife have a few pairs of the wild Lono barefoot shoes and we absolutely love them. They come in great colours and are very comfortable. They are good shoe to get into barefoot shoes, not as thin of a sole and the grip is excellent. We use them for absolutely everything, from day to day, work or obviously hiking.
We once had an issue with a defect in one of the shoes, but the support team got back to us super quickly and send us a replacement.
Could not recommend more!

Comfy and affordable …
I currently have 2 pairs of Flow and they're great.. Very affordable for barefoot shoes and it fits my wide feet. I wish they have the range for comfortable ladies shoes which is not sneakers as well. Maybe something that they can consider.

Beautiful design, but terrible return policy
I recently bought a pair of sneakers from LONO. The design and build quality are great. But that’s where the happy story ends. Unfortunately, the sizing runs small, and since I use my sneakers for running, comfort is essential.
I wish I had read the reviews first, as other people have experienced the same issue. Unlike most other brands, LONO does not provide a return label. Customers are required to pay for tracked shipping back to their EU warehouse in Latvia. The cost for tracked shipping from Sweden was around €30 — almost half the price of the shoes themselves.
I was quite surprised to find this out. I suppose it’s my own fault for not reading the reviews and return policy beforehand, but I honestly assumed that free returns for undamaged items were standard practice for most brands.
I’m very disappointed the policy feels unfair and not customer-friendly at all

While we cover the shipping costs of the newly exchanged pair to customers — we ask that the customer bears a portion of the logistics cost by sending the original shoes back to us at their own cost — we recognize that return costs can still be discouraging for some customers, especially in regions where we do not have a local physical presence.
As a boutique sustainability-focused brand, we're constantly working to balance product quality with accessible return service options. Offering fully subsidized returns across all regions is unfortunately not yet viable, especially in emerging markets like Sweden. That said, your feedback is valuable — as we continue to grow in new markets, customer sentiment plays a meaningful role in shaping where and how we continue to expand our services.
We've recently made great strides improving exchange logistics in key markets like the UK, and we're actively exploring similar opportunities in Sweden as our community there grows.

Its my second pair. A very comfortable and relatively affordable barefoot shoes! I like it a lot, esp with the unique grey pink color.
In the future, it would be great if it could offer a slightly waterproof version of the shoes, as i cant wear the current one whenever it rains.

Customer service was good and fairly fast. The shoes were delivered to spain in about a week and they were tax free. The shoes themselves (Lono Wild) are amazing!
