For the prices I paid on Gucci glasses…

For the prices I paid on Gucci glasses with this site was a lot for the glasses to be fake. I could’ve bought real ones for these prices. Also if your order is over $1,000 you have to pay a customs fee. Was not told this & had to pay it or they would charge me regardless when the glasses were sent back.

Your order was shipped promptly and correctly. The issue you're complaining about is not caused by us, but by standard UK customs regulations. As you live in the UK (which is outside the EU), customs duties and import charges are legally required by your country’s authorities on goods imported from abroad. This is not a hidden fee, nor is it something we profit from or control.

During the checkout process, you were clearly informed that duties are not included, and you even confirmed your understanding by ticking the checkbox before completing your purchase. We also clearly state this in our Shipping Policy, available at any time on our website.

To all our future customers reading this:
We operate transparently and honestly. If you're ordering from outside the EU (such as the UK), please be aware that your local customs office may apply import duties. These are not charged by us, and they are not hidden.

Anytime before I order anything on line…

Anytime before I order anything on line I look at the reviews. Only some Lookers reviews were bad, but I made the decision to buy the Sunglasses and was hoping for the best. I need not have worried. The service was perfect, my Sunglasses arrived in the time limit stated, delivery was as expected, even I was for the 15 minutes when the parcel arrived not available, DHL texted where the parcel was left. I collected it and I am happy. All over I can recommend this company highly and should I need anything else I have no hesitation to order again from Lookers.

At first I was not sure whether I would order via lookeronline.com because of the longer delivery times, but was positive, received a confirmation email and then track and trace email. Order received within 7 days. I will order again from lookeronline.com in the future

Thank you very much for accepting my return beyond the due date. Shipping and customs payments reduced the amount of my refund, but it was still worth it since the frames were not a match. They were very polite and professional.

They sole me a fake pair of Gucci frames and wouldn't honor refund policy. Don't buy from them. You never responded and never sent a email for return instructions. You are a liar. Show the email and date with return instructions and the frames are fake. I have a paircof the authentic ones but they are broken and that's why ordered these. They don't fit my face and I explained that to you several times. Yes I cussed you out at several attempts to resolve this with no response. Please be honest and tell the truth. Smh, all this over a $100. Simone you are dishonest liar. Don't trust them. I learned a lesson for $100. I have that frame in 2 colors and yours is the only frame that doesn't fit. Simone this could have been resolved easily but if you'd rather lie about then take care of the customer. I already posted the video on YouTube. Simone is a liar and I highly suggest buying your frame somewhere else. I've never had a problem with no other place I've purchased from over the years. I buy several high end designer frames a year. This has been my only negative experience over the years from you. Simone you are liar. Simone you are liar. It's sad all this over $117. You are a liar. O screen shot our exchange and posted it or you lack of engagement. Please don't trust them. I only lost $100 it could've been worse. Don't not use them. Simone is a liar. I'll chalk it up. We have already provided you with clear and documented proof that:

1) The glasses we sent you are 100% authentic Gucci frames, sourced directly from Kering.
2) You received exactly the model you ordered in pristine condition.
3) We sent multiple emails with return instructions, offering you a full refund once the glasses are returned.

For readers: Paul’s claim that we didn’t send return instructions is completely false. We have email logs proving that instructions were sent multiple times. He chose not to follow them and instead resorted to abusive emails and defamatory comments across our platforms. His claim that the frames are fake is baseless, as he ordered the same model he already owns and admitted the issue is with fit—not authenticity.

Paul, we understand you’re frustrated, but this matter could have been resolved easily if you had simply followed the return instructions we provided. The glasses don’t fit? That’s fine. Send them back, and we’ll refund you in full, as we’ve said repeatedly.

However, defamatory accusations, insults, and dishonest public statements are unacceptable. Posting false claims or videos online doesn’t change the facts. If this continues, we will consider legal action to protect our reputation.

We’re still happy to resolve this once you return the glasses. The decision is yours.

Very dissatisfied! I did not love my purchase (Tom Ford…

I did not love my purchase (Tom Ford $208US w:free shipping) so I took advantage of the 30 day return to only be refunded 50% ($108US) of the purchase price. I could have shipped it back at my own expense but was sent a DHL shipping label $27eu then charged $80eu additional fees that I could not authenticate.
I will never do business with or recommend this merchant. Very dissatisfied.
