Send expire item of beauty dose, no refund 57 days now
I order beauty dose from lookfantastic HK send to Thailand, unfortunately it's expire item which lookfantastic doesn't check their shelf life and send me expired item.
I order in May2022 send in June2022 and it's expire in June2022 then I can't apply due to it's dangerous.
I write for refund with all reference complete information including pictures , they take so much time to clear my issue.
From 1st write message on 1June for 2 order
and on 8June for another 4 order.
Total amount is 1053.96 usd
I keep follow up , finally I just receive 2 refund on 17Jul which is 47 days from 1st message.
But another 4 order I still follow up.
No manager loop in, customer service reply like a robot, no details , just keep me waiting and makes me feel lookfantastic HK intend to cheat customer or what, I try to communicate otherwise I would not wait for 57 days now for the case.
This is not my 1st order, they has my credit card record, they can refund to my active credit card, or store credit even replacement, I offer many options I just want my money value to finish follow up , I'm sick of this. But nothing only ask for finance check and check , wait and wait, I don't understand why they don't find solution in another option and I never receive their clear reply.
I inform them that I will write to public but customer service still robot so I would like to remind if anyone would like to buy from lookfantastic HK, pls consider on customer service process since they will not clear anything for you.
Send expire item is the worst case but none of responsibility on refund the weird case I ever met.
Pls be careful when you buy with lookfantastic HK.

I submit message over 100 time because it is almost 2 months and mostly my 1 side communication for 6 orders refund that I keep follow up, since can’t leave email here , pls take a look in my account for order
