There is a product with a production period of 06/02/2020 that has expired
I have been shopping online this time, and everything went smoothly in terms of product selection and logistics. First time user and very disappointed
First time user and the order page didn't even have the option of putting in a 25% discount code. Made the order and afterwards asked customer service to credit it back to me. They asked for all this information and at the end simply said the order was made and can't apply the discount.
If this were a properly run business that cares for customer's feedback they would have done it, jsut like any other proper online business.
Waiting for products now - lets see if its authentic as some reviews here have claimed products are not.
Very disappointing experience.

Faulty Aesop products
The Aesop products bought in lookfantastic are unsealed with texture more liquid than what I used to buy in the Aesop shop. I suspect look fantastic is selling faulty products.

I like your speed of delivery, however, for little products, you used a big box with so many papers to wrap it, it's absolutely not environmentally friendly, can you use a smaller box, no need so many papers??
