Excellent experience as a French…
Excellent experience as a French customer! The products are high quality, the shipping is very fast, and I found some specific items here at prices that were much better than elsewhere. Even if some websites can sometimes be cheaper on other products, this company offers great deals on certain brands and unique items.
The only downside is the delivery partner, La Poste in France, which is unfortunately not very reliable. A few more brands would be welcome, but overall I highly recommend this company and would order again. 200% recommended!

Disappointed at first but very efficient customer service
Unfortunately the packaging was not good enough to protect the content and the Natasha DENONA palette I ordered arrived completely broken. I’m very disappointed but the after-sales service answered me quickly and I should receive a new one. Hopefully it will be better packed. The Sol de Janeiro mist also doesn’t smell as usual… I change my review as the customers service was very efficient and sent me a new product very quickly.
