Great interaction, very reactive
Hey! I’ve just had the best interaction with Lookfantastic. I ordered a Coco and Eve self tan bottle which arrived within 3 days. But the product was defective, especially the pump (all liquid, no mousse). I’ve contacted then the client service and they’ve been truly reactive! Within an hour they had responded and fixed the problem. The best, literally!
