I received an empty package even though…
I received an empty package even though I had ordered a perfume worth €120. They took my money, and for four days I kept asking them what we were going to do. Each day they told me they would replace the product, but the warehouse still hadn’t shipped it. When I politely asked for a refund instead, they blocked me so I could never speak to them again, while also accusing me of lying. I've been shopping online for 10 years, and nothing like this has ever happened to me before.

nowhere to turn for help or a clear answer
Over the years that I’ve been a customer, I’ve encountered serious issues with my orders three times. Twice the deliveries were extremely delayed, and the most recent time, I was told that the order was lost. I exchanged messages in the chat regarding the matter, and before I had the chance to choose a resolution—or give my consent—they decided to refund my money directly to my bank account.
As a result, I went on holiday without my products, and although they claimed the refund would appear within 3–5 business days, I still haven’t received it. I’m not saying I won’t get my money back—I believe it will eventually show up—but the customer service was definitely awful. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and yet there’s nowhere to turn for help or a clear answer.
Frankly, I’m convinced I was speaking to an AI, not a real person.
P.S.: I live in Greece.
