I would prefer more safe paid methods like other sites do. For example double check by sending a code number to my mail and pay only after using it.

Great customer service
My review is about my previous order, which by accident, arrived half opened. I immediately contacted customer services and within a few days they made sure to sent me another product, without even questioning whether what i claimed was true or not. I am completely satisfied on both the products and the customer services so i recommend LookFantastic to everyone.

Extremely disappointing Beauty Box subscription — avoid if you're expecting quality service
The idea of receiving a curated box of beauty items every month sounds great — but in practice, this subscription is a mess.
The selection of items in the Greek version of the store does not match what is advertised on lookfantastic.com.
Even worse, I received two identical boxes in April and May — the exact same products, no variation whatsoever.
I had a 12-month subscription, but after this unacceptable experience, I asked to cancel it. Their response? They refused — saying I would continue to be charged every month and would receive my last box in October.
Yes, I understand I committed to a year. But my request to cancel was not out of personal whim — it was due to clear failure on their part to deliver what was promised. I don’t consider the May box as “delivered,” because it was simply a duplicate of April’s.
There is no excuse for this level of service. Charging people for a subscription while sending out identical boxes and ignoring valid complaints is simply not acceptable.
Avoid this service unless you're willing to pay for disappointment.

It was impossible for costumer service to understand the issue with my order. Answering that no changes can be made to an order when I ask to change the postal code because it was written wrong by accident it’s not helpful. Answering that I couldn’t cancel the order if it’s on the way it’s acceptable. Only that I wanted to cancel the order because I paid for it and it was pretty much possible that I wasn’t going to receive it because of the mistake in the address. Answering that I could cancel the order once I receive (if I knew I receive it with the wrong address I wouldn’t cancel it, the issue was getting the products that I paid) is insufficient understanding of my request.
Luckily, almost one month later I got the products not because of your help but thanks to the costumer service of the transport company who -guess what- they could change the address.
