False advertising
False advertising, it said free shipping with orders more than 35 euros - yet when you put items in your cart costing 45, it charges you 6 euros for standard shipping.
Also, the shipping cost for my country AS STATED IN THEIR SITE is 4 euros.
But I was charged 6 while it should have been 4 which should have been free.
Contacted support, but it's been days and still the issue is not fixed.
Joke.

They are great
Until now every thing goes smoothly except for the two times that my products were opened in the box. But even then the company replaced everything....

Fake discount codes- unacceptable customer service
Fake discount codes distributed via newsletter and no effort whatsoever to fix their inconsistencies. I subscribed 3/9/24 and received a code. When I tried to use it on my first order, it was denied with the system message "this code is expired since 31/7/24".
I communicated the "support" team on Facebook with screenshots. They never paid attention, but kept telling me that so product brands are excluded from the discount😂
Then I was told that I have to complete my order(!!!!)for them to investigate this matter further. What a joke of a customer service.

I never received my package
I never received my package. And the courier company never contact to arrange the delivery. I did contact them but with no luck. I hope I will get my money back.
