You can do better
The variety of products (sets, special editions, boxes) are extremely rare in Lookfantastic Greece. I love your special edition products that european youtubers demonstrate and wish for more. The youtubers discount codes are not being accepted in Lookfantastic Greece.

Order was never delivered, no refund
I ordered online on June 25th and the order was supposed to be delivered to the pick up point in 2-3 business dates.
When I track the order I see it was in transit every day but I never received a notification that it's ready to collect. I went to the pick up point myself to check, and they said they don't accept the delivery from courriers as they don't have any storage space left. I reported it to Lookfantastic via their website support chat on July 5th and they said they'll fix it with the delivery company.
Now the status of the delivery is that the buyer rejected to receive the order (!), no update from Lookfantastic or courrier and I don't have my order and no information about the refund.
Wasted time and money, avoid buying there
