The customer service barely replies, you have to wait several weeks and contact them twice each time to get a single reply. They also end the conversation too early without helping, very rude. It was my first time shopping here and I they charged my card instead of glossycredits, I contacted them to fix this and they refused to help.

False markering and difficult way of contact
A promised code for discount as new shopper on everything - was not to get/not available even though promised. A very hard way to get in contact with custeromer support, have to login and get back and forth a lot of times (mail is not okay), attachments have to be a certain way wich makes it hard and many probably give up to get in contact. Unfortunately leaving a bad feeling for this.
They contacted me and gave discount - good way to meet up with customers non-satisfaction :-)

It’s the worst experience!
I made my order November 23, and only December 3 they sent me it and estimated date when I will get it - December 13. And they sent only part of my order. Who know where the other part of my order.
I mean I have to wait almost 1 months.
Support never answers directly on my questions! I can not make refund or anything!
