I cancelled my subscription in december and in march it suddenly started again. And this time there were no option for a cancellation anywhere to be found. The site was very hard to manuever and is made to confuse and make you give up to find the answer how to cancel your order.

Poor customer Service
Zero if there was one!
I have ordered previously from this company but have had the worst experience this time.
Weeks ago I ordered a shampoo set as part of a birthday gift and was sent a lipstick and blusher!
I contacted the company as they had debited full payment and they said I had to return the parcel, so I did and have been continuously chasing this matter.
I have emailed their customer care and used their online message chat and still no result.
This is shocking. I have even received an email to say they have received the return yet I am still out of pocket and await a full refund. LOOK FANTASTIC you need to contact me and rectify this matter with priority.

The price is very good and the reccomendations are also good, the only problem is the price of the delivery but it compensates the price of the products. The delivery should be fast too as it says 3/5 days to get the products. 10/10 for me

5-7 years ago, Lookfantastic had plenty of Shea Moisture produkt. There after it starting to sell lesser and lesser. Then I saw they have Ouidad and Pattern, but when I just log-in I see that it is out sold. So annoying that those product that they don't sell it anylonger.. I don't understand why they just keep showing, it looks like they don't have time to update. Then they have so many other sites , like they have Lookfantastic from England to Denmark. I tried to asked Support if it is possible to order from there, but I didnt get help. Thereafter, I felt this webbside made me unsecure and I litterary got lost so, it drained my energy. I think it is best that Lookfantastic make it to ONE site and make sure that they update the product. If they don't sell it anylonger - please delete the page! Anyways I am not going back again. I'm so done.
