AVOID using Lookfantastic.se
Update! - Still no refund given from them since my made purchase in July. Because of their deliberate intent and attempts to scam customers, they have been reported to several different authorities, including the police!
So warning to all customers: AVOID using Lookfantastic.se!

Noticed something was different about the product I had ordered (same brand, but contents differed), so contacted customer services. At first I reported my case as a quality issue, but after further research and dot connecting realized they had actually sold me the wrong product (not what was advertised), so thereafter the issue became just that and False/misleading advertising.
Despite updating and reporting all issues noticed, my case has been dragged out as I have been sent back and forth between both British and Swedish departments of Lookfantastic, despite most of those agents are sharing the same message thread, being asked several times over to send in photos of which I have done too many times now.
Doesn't help when their message formula only allows you to attach one pic per message.
Still, I am dealing with this situation. 1 agent made the case worse (simple/slow) even closing the thread because they placed me back onto the British departments again despite what was said before. Comes across as if I am doing their investigative work for them between both depts when I as the customer have already done my part and owed compensation.
So far, no refund offered or exchange of product.
Will not use them again, and I do not recommend.
