The shopping will randomly add multiple copies of everything in the cart and is very glitches when you try to adjust the quantity back to only one of each item. The search feature on the website also does not find all items for a design, e.g. not finding a design in my cart that I know is there, or one I just navigated away from.

I have a little coffee mug obsession that's to Look Human. The only thing I can say against them is that they have too many amazing designs that can go on more than just mugs that I am running out of counter space for them!

I really enjoy ordering from this company. I feel very nostalgic when ordering certain things.

I always love Look Human clothing and accessories as well. When I've had issues they are quick to assist in correcting the problem and making me feel valued as a customer.

Always have nice products in varieties of styles

I bought a number of magnets, and had applied the discount code of stickit50. Then when I tried to check out, the discount had disappeared. My bill was a lot higher due to this, and I'm not happy.

Great selection of fandom designs (would love more Breaking Bad designs though). Great color selection for tee shirts. LOVE LOVE LOVE the big 15 oz mugs! Nowhere else has the big mugs like I prefer.

Easy to navigate site. Always a fantastic selection. Always able to express my weird little self with the fun, quirky, and sweary stuff!

Order was placed 12/09/2022 and as of today, 01/18/2023, still nothing. No product, no update, no shipping confirmation. When I followed up 12/19/2022 the individual told me, "Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear this. Your order is still in production at this time and we are sincerely sorry that it's taking so long to ship. Unfortunately, though we hoped to have this shipped out, we cannot guarantee a specific shipping or delivery date. We understand that this is less than ideal. We are working diligently to get this shipped as soon as possible. I sadly do not have an ETA at this time. When this ships you should get an email with tracking." I have followed up again and am waiting for a response. No problem taking my money. I would love for this place to be shut down and hope this will deter someone else from being screwed.

I like the products they have but they can be super hard to find. Their search system brings up random results that make sense, I guess but should be filtered out. Example: when you search “anime”, animal themed stuff also comes up in the search, which is frustrating. Also, when you load more to look at, the description for each item is the same as the very last item before the load more button! Their checkout and delivery is always really good though. Just have to really search for what you want.

SCAAAAAM! I tried to buy a gift for Christmas and used PayPal, transaction would not go through for some reason? And then within hours my PayPal was hacked. Do NOT trust this website. Do NOT trust this company.

Products outstanding, delivery not so much. Three different notifications on three separate days “your delivery is arriving TODAY “. Third time was the charm.

I love this site, it's one of my favourite places to shop. I love that the patterns are available on almost every product, and that you have a wide-range of topics for your designs. I would love to see more Canadian puns and content-often it's a bit exclusive to the states. I'd also love to see more content promoting positive mental health, neurodivergency and autistic values in particular. The rainbow infinity symbol, the gold infinity symbol, maybe some anti-autism speaks content(it's considered a hate group by most of the autistic community. also the puzzle piece symbol comes from them, so we don't use it)

I also really like that it's print-to-order. So many similar companies are not and so their environmental footprint is higher. I would love to see more/more prominent content on the site stating your environmental values, stance against fast fashion, and efforts to ensure your base products are being made in humane and safe places

I absolutely love lookhuman.com!!! Their shirts, mugs, cards, stickers, and everything else are of great quality.

I always find super cute stuff on lookhuman, I just wish their tee-shirts came in bigger sizes.

I ordered a mug form this company and the quality was awful, you guys. The design on the mug and even the entire mug itself was completely scratched up, with visible marks and scratches, to the point where the mug felt really rough and scratchy to the touch, as opposed to the smooth texture of a normal ceramic mug. As mentioned, the design also had tons of visible white scratches on it. No idea what might've caused it, I'm not sure if it looked like that from the start or if the bubble wrap it was wrapped up in caused that, which wouldn't have happened if the item was of higher quality.

To top it all off the handle on the mug was completely broken when I had recieved it, so I had to throw the whole thing away.

I didn't bother sending it back for a refund as I'd have to pay for shipping/customs again, as I live in europe, so it just wouldn't be worth it anyway and more money wasted. I don't recommend this company at all.
