Non Existent - STOP CHARGING ME
where as the product was good, their customer service is non-existent. i cancelled my account, so have no password or way to sign in. the only way to contact customer service is by signing on. there is no phone number or email i can find. THEY KEEP CHARGING ME EVERY MONTH. How does a tech company not have good tech?

A compamy bound to mess up a great technology. After being bought out and changing it's logo - lots of shoddy problems. To the extent "loom alternative" is my Google search de jour. The summaries this morning are in Hindi! Someone is a fifth columnist in the firm and disgruntled clearly.
Constantly having issues
Awful, i've paid a lot of money to use this tool and every single week without fail i am sending support an email because something doesn't work.
Support seems to be ran by AI now which means nobody is actually listening or taking on feedback and it's constantly glitching. I am looking for an alternative software because it's detrimental to my business costing me way too much time for a product that doesn't work as described
The technical side of things has become very bad
The technical side of things has become ridiculously bad as time went by - especially when it comes to the recording function working properly or being able to properly edit videos within Loom itself. Absolutely impossible to actually end up with something of quality when using Loom.

Used to be great and I invested in a paid package but recently just a nightmare! Creating a 'new video' doesn't seem possible, it's virtually impossible to open up a new window (as the camera function seems stuck in the Loom dashboard). I have cancelled and won't be using again. Shame as a great idea and something I'd happily have paid for if it functioned properly!
Horrible experience
I wanted to pay for the 24 dollars/month package. They charged me 10 dollars and I cant use any of the upgrade packages. I tried to talk with customer service but its HORRIBLE. Stay away from them. There are other options out there.

Loom was pulling money out of my card without authorization. If it's not 100 % them they need to tighten up their cyber security. It was a whole bunch of charges one after another. I called their customer service and didn't get anywhere with it. So pathetic.
Worst application I have ever used lol
Worst application I have ever used lol. They charge 200 a year for basic features that are free in 95% of apps. The website is super slow and they're stingy with storage. The record feature also requires way too many steps each time. Trust me, there's much better out there. Don't waste your money.

We cancelled out account and we continued to be charged and we had to continue to call them every month to confirm the account was no longer active. We finally put a block on our card.
Dont even think about using Loom.
Dont even think about using Loom. If you are on windows, just use outplayed or medal.tv. Im on mac so im looking for an alternative for outplayed and medal since they only work on windows. But loom is definitely not a good one. First of all the audio wasn't working. It took forever to fix. And whenever i try to do stuff, it keeps showing an annoying popup trying to get me to pay. It says i have a critical low disk space, but there's still 7GB! 7GB sounds like a little, but my mac is really old and 7GB is actually good for me. And lastly, WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY JUST TO TRIM THE VIDEO???

If I could give zero stars, then I would. The product does not work, and they have zero customer support. Absolutely infuriating.

Clunky and borderline unusable. Very very bad user experience.
Extremely buggy product
It's so buggy! I had to re-record videos multiple times because of it and it's very annoying. There are also no way you will get support with it. I requested help once, they asked me to record Loom to showcase the bug but their product played against them - I could see that no one watched that video and they just responded that there are no issue. So since that time I know there are no sense to ask for help.
Customer service is AI only,
Customer service is 99% AI - I emailed 5 times and all the replies were AI/bots - even when I challenged it was clear that the intermittent human wasn't reading.
I was unable to purchase a subscription, as, after 14 days, they just kept replying with AI-generated non-answers.
Good Idea, bad implementation
The tool itself is a fantastic idea, and I would love to use it. However, I have never seen software with more bugs.
Completely awful
Completely awful. Only thing worse than the platform is the customer support. If there is a bug you're essentially on your own. I use this for work almost every day, but bugs are constant and lately it has completely haulted my business. ZERO SUPPPORT
